Wake up AS your OC

So @ started this topic http://mlpforums.com/topic/92175-wake-up-with-your-oc/ that got a good response, I said my OC and I were one and the same, maybe it was more likely I was going to wake up AS him instead of with him...

 

Funny story I have, my father always says he wishes he could fly over and take a crap all over everything he hates, I'd go over to him first and say, "I'm a horse. AND I can fly. Don't you wish you were me?"

EDIT: And when I wake up again, I'd freak out and faceplant the floor, because I'm not used to walking of four legs.

I am kinda writing a fanfic based on such an idea, however with limited canon character interaction to keep it semi-realistic. 

Get out fo bed and stumble around not knowing how to walk on hooves yet probably.

I'd wake up, walk into the bathroom on all fours perfectly fine... Then I'd see myself in the mirror. "Oh. I'ma pony. Welp, guess who's flyin' to school today?"

I proceed through the day with everybody staring at me, while I don't give a single buck.

Depends on who it was. I'd probably have less gender confusion, for one, unless it's my most recently designed OC in which case things would only be more confusing. Second, I'd be cute. Third I'd finally have a talent in life, unless I'm that recent OC again.

I would be pretty darn excited, getting to be a ghost cartoon pony in the real world would be pretty awesome. I'd just go around trolling people. Just innocent non-targeted tricks though like phasing through a few walls or walking around in public and vanishing.

I mean it would be pretty cool because my original character isn't a pony, but a cybernetic ninja. He is an expert fighter, marksman, and strategist. So, I would be a boss!

I would be very conflicted, once I got over the initial shock of course. On the one hand, being able to use magic would be absolutely amazing and I would love being so fluffy and adorable. On the other hand, I don't know what being a different species would do to my relationship with my partner

First off, praise God/Celestia/the Force and probably several more divinities for such a gift. Figure out how to roughly grab things with my hooves the way the characters often do. Then figure out how to fly.

 

From there, I'm not really sure writing might be difficult, but I'm sure if I use the tips of my hooves and take my time, I could still have a career. (Probably make a lot of money from publishing my experience.)

 

Go to bronycon and get the V.I.P. treatment by virtue of just being a pony. (By the way, "very important pony" would be the specific security badge I would get.)

 

Then start pioneering an entirely new kind of lifestyle philosophy, perhaps even a religion, drawn from a combination of the show's teachings and ascetic practice. Knowing others of my kind would appear (as per the scenario) I would meditate to understand how and why not only we had become ponies, but those specifically conjured by our fantasies, and that by getting closer to that answer, that we may be able to summon more of Equestria into the world.

I wouldn't just have ro learn how to live with and maintain pony anatomy, but a few new organs all together. But would it be amazing? Probably.

Considering my OC is my Pony Alter Ego, Will Guide, that'd be easy to answer.

 

If I woke up in Equestria, the events of what I'd call "Memories Bring Disney Magic" would play out, involving an evil scheme of Maleficent and the Disney Villains using an amnesiac me as a pawn, me going the stages of grief while discovering my Cutie Mark, and the Mane Six using the Elements of Harmony one last time pre-Season 4. From then on, I'd stay at Lyra Heartstrings and Sweetie Drops' place, making my income reading stories of the Disney World to the little colts and fillies of Ponyville.

 

If I woke up as Will Guide in the Real World, I would first check to see if my unicorn magic works here. If it does, I'd use this opportunity to have fun with it. After I'm through, I would find some way to get my normal form back.
