This is coming from an Agnostic (borderline Atheist) POV

 

I think the mane 6 would be skeptical when he claims to be the son of God. First of all, they would all ask "what's a God?" When Jesus explains what a God is, Twi would be like "Oh, you mean kinda like what Princess Celestia and Princess Luna do!". They would take him to meet the royal sisters. Celestia would give him a video demonstration on why they don't need a god. She would show how she and Luna fought against Discord, how Twilight and her friends overcame all their trials, how they reformed Discord, and Discord would probably pop in to give him a demonstration of his abilities. If he tried to convince everypony to trust in him for eternal salvation, Celestia would probably see that as a threat to her people (or at least ask "salvation from what?", and be like "You have no power over here! Go back to your own domain!" and she would teleport him back to Earth xD

Also, the EoH would totally work on God, since the God of the Bible is totally full of sin himself.

 

In all seriousness though, as long as God didn't try to force Equestrians to convert to Christianity (seeing how it's out of his jurisdiction, unless he created the galaxy that Equestria is in too), and assuming this is a rational, loving god, I think they would get along fine. He would have a discussion with Celestia on how to help living beings find peace and happiness, while still having free will. Maybe God would work with Celestia and send certain people to be reborn in Equestria to give them a 2nd chance, maybe give bronies an option to either go to heaven, be reborn on Earth, or be reborn in Equestria. Although to be honest, I think an even cooler scenario would be if the Mane 6 met Ra, because Ra is pretty formal and polite (according to people who he spoke to). Or maybe if the Mane 6 met the Norse Gods (Rainbow Dash would think that Thor is such a badass xD)

Okay first of all there is no religion in Equestria, so there's no need to even imagine them meeting Jesus. Second, Eauestira is a different world/plane from ours, so why would we even have Jesus there? Third, they wouldn't know who he is, nor what he represents, thus they would not convert to Christianity. Fourth, according to the Christian belief, Jesus died for our sins; Jesus didn't die for the ponies sins. The outcome would be equal to if a brony went to Equestria.

 

This is a dumb question, to be honest.

Let's see. First time was by a nightmare force powered Luna, 2nd time was by a love engorged Chrysalis who is powered up by love. Assuming that nightmare force (or whatever it's called) is around the same level of Chaos (who powered up Sailor Galaxia, Sailor Neptune, Sailor Uranus), one can see why Celestia was almost defeated. And QC's only thing she had going for her was being powered up by love, so of course she has to be strong when powered up to compensate.

I don't find it that surprising that Celestia was defeated by Nightmare Moon, anyways. NMM's magic focuses on offense and war, while Celestia's power focuses on the prosperity of her kingdom. Also, if you're totally willing to fight your own sister to the death, then I'm not really sure where your heart belongs. It doesn't matter anyways, Nightmare Moon was still defeated by Celestia since Celestia used her wisdom and knowledge and was able to ban her to the moon for quite a period of time. Note : Nightmare Moon is also the corrupt form of another godess, Princess Luna. I'm fairly sure godesses can defeat other godesses.

 

For Queen Chrysalis, I'd also consider her a godess of sorts. Being the ruler of a large kingdom trained in the arts of combat, I'm not surprised that QC is also experienced in battle. Queen Chrysalis's power was clearly weaker than Celestia's. However, with the power she gained from leeching onto Shining Armor's power, she was able to defeat Celestia. Shining Armor is a considerably powerful stallion in the arts of magic, since he was able to construct a giant force field over Canterlot. His power definitely gave Chrysalis the boost she needed to overpower Celestia.

 

Celestia was able to defeat NMM, and would've been able to defeat Chrysalis if she didn't use Shining Armor's power to boost her own.

 

EDIT : Perhaps they are moreso like very powerful wizards. That is why people treat them as goddesses. Not because they ARE goddesses, but because their magic potential is so great.

I'm pretty sure there was a fanfic on this. It's on fimfiction, fluttershy drinks tea with Jesus or something like that. They seemed to get along pretty well. I think they'd like each other, but I'm doubtful they would become Christian or anything like that. I don't think the Christian god would have any sort of power over equestria.

In any case, I believe Jesus, being the chill fella that he is (his dad's a dick, though. Have you read the old testament?) would probably just take it at face value. You know, eat a Scooby Snack, beat the shit out of Makusu and then be friendly about it.

 

Here's how I would picture a convo between Jesus and Rarity:

"Oh...er, what did you say your name was again, Darling?"

"It's @Dark Qiviut, brah. The guys in my drum circle call me Raindance Sunflower, but you can call me Jesus."

"Oh, well, Jesus, that mane on your face certainly looks scraggly! Come, we must go to the boutique and give you a makeover at once! Nothing else about it!" (She'd do it entirely for free, by the way. Because she's generous )

 

"Totes, brah. Just let me get done jammin' out to my old Woodstock mixtape."
