Trixie and Maud Pie developed a romantic relationship while Trixie was at the farm but Trixie broke up with her while she was ruling Ponyville.

Celestia and Discord have a love/hate relationship. 

Dinky is the smartest filly in her classroom.

Screwloose and Shoeshine are the same pony.

Nurse Coldheart and Nurse Sweetheart are in a relationship

I sincerely believe Discord orders pizzas and various other take out foods just to watch the delivery ponies get lost and frightened trying to make it to his house. Also, if they actually find a way there and deliver the food, Discord tips them in dollar bills with a big picture of Twilight Sparkle on them (with the same facial expression as that of the Twilight Scepter).

Don't hate me for this, But is Fluttershy so anti-social because she's scared she might hurt somepony? think about it she seem's to have a very short fuse and get's angry quite alot and when she is people are terrified of her. is it possible that she find's it very hard to stop so she decides to just avoid people instead?

 

Every time she does loose it she goes madder then pinkie pie and it's always aimed at somepony. also when magic is involved she almost always turns into a monster (flutterhulk and flutterbat)

Technically impossible. Twilight Sparkle, Celestia's protege, extremely talented magic user... She couldn't hold together a time travel spell for long enough to tell herself not to worry. She managed to keep herself in the past for less than two minutes. It is exceedingly unlikely that Starlight managed a permanent time-travel spell. Besides, there's absolutely no reason for her to start her town in the past. No reason at all.

Celestia used Discord's magic to make the stained glass all along. My proof?

Let's admit, The stain glass pictures weren't the best. But In Twilight's Kingdom, Discord and Tirek can make stain glass pictures that, to me at least, look better than Celestia's. Also, as Tirek passes by the picture of Twilight's coronation, Tirek goes into a fit of rage which Discord responds to with, "Oh, I haven't touched that one yet."

He's a famous wizard, if he were alive, we would have heard of him by now. There is probably some magic-sensing technology someone would use to track him down.  He's also a mortal. Meaning, if he hadn't kicked the bucket two millenia ago, he would either be an alicorn (meaning he has no reason to be jealous of Sunset Shimmer), or have discovered how to make one immortal with magic.

 

Besides, ascension is clearly shown taking place in another dimension. And there appears to be no way to halt someone turning into an alicorn. And there is absolutely nothing preventing Celestia from ascending Sunset again, should it fail. 

 

There are also moral issues with this. Namely, Sunset had nothing to make her a candidate for becoming an alicorn. What would she become, the Princess of Pettyness? Please. Not to mention, if Star Swirl were alive and capable of stopping Sunset from ascending, he would probably not be jealous. I'd certainly be satisfied with being the most powerful unicorn alive.

I've changed my headcanon for Pinkie. She was adopted by the Pie's but her birth parents were Sleipnir and the Fire of Friendship,how'd that work I dunno its gods just make something up yourself,anyway the gods thought that she had a chance of being a normal pony,so they teleported her to the Pie's,aka the most boring and dull ponies in equestria, a few minutes before Marble was born (Pinkie Pie was born hour before). The Pies adopted Pinkie and raised her as their own,everything seemed to go perfectly...that is until the rainboom. The rainboom reminded pinkie of the Bifrost and it not only caused her to regain all her powers and abilities she inheirited from Loki and Sleipnir but also caused her mane and coat to change colors depending on how happy she feels. Shortly after Pinkie got her cutiemark,Loki visted her and taught her to "giggle at the ghosty".

I see the bat poneh as a foreign species of ponies. And if we see the six guards of Nightmare Moon in the cutie remark, all of them but Dashie are bat ponies (I'm basing that theory due to the extra fur on their ears, something Dashie lacks). It would make sense in that continuity, as being an usurper, you're better off with foreign guards if this trope is believed:

In one of the comics you can see that the Sirens were falling from the sky when they got banished to the human world.

So, my headcanon is now that Sonata Dusk landed on her head and since then she is acting weird.
