This is simple.

I want to do free art.

There are no slots.

When the shop is open, post as many forms as you like, and I'll choose which I want to draw.

Posting order doesn't matter.

I don't have to draw your character if I don't want to and I don't want to hear complaints if I don't pick you.

Once I make my choice the shop will close until I finish and feel like doing more.

Don't tell me to hurry up, I work full time and pony art isn't my first priority.

Volt is pretty much easy going with everypony

He may try to look cold and calculator, after all, he still is an engineer, but he can’t deny to himself some fun or a party with friends.

He is usually cold blooded, trying to plan more steps away before acting, but on critical situations, he can easily lose his rational mind and acts on instincts.

He can easy stand an offence and simply ignore it.

If he has a friend to care of, he will never step back, willing to lose his life for the other, without any second thought.

He knows that he is not a special pony and that he is pretty much worthless, but still he will try to act optimistic if somepony is in need, seeing a way out in everything bad that happens and trying to cheer up like he can. Hope is the last thing that dies for Volt.

He is  mostly proud of his job and his creations/projects

Well, I have to say your art is impressive.   It looks just lovely, and quite aesthetically close to the show, granted there are a few subtle stylistic differences.   Awesome stuff!

 

Anyways, I see no harm in throwing in a character or two, though given how many bites you've gotten by now, I'm not expecting anything of course, haha.    I'll tack on the two (developed) OC's I have, just in case one strikes your interest. I know how sometimes some characters sound more fun to do than others.

 

 

Character's name: Trajectory Line

Species: Earth Pony

Reference:

Short personality: He tends to be a relaxed, fairly confident individual who tends to stay to the background; he would only step into a central position or spotlight when he needs to set something straight or has something important to add. Basically, he is a content, level-headed city pony that is set on making things work and enjoying the company of a handful of good friends. His talent lends him towards the slightly dirty construction business, though more on the hands-on management side.

Other: His mane is black at the roots; just barely over enough to be visible. His body structure is closer to a mare than the typical muscled stallion, and he stands only slightly taller than a mare. His safety goggles are always either worn or (much more frequently) placed on top of his head.

 

 

 

Character's name: Camilla Nightborn

Species: Bat Pony

Short personality: At her core, she's an energetic, curious, and bright pony. She enjoys reading and is comfortable with research and complex material (for her time), though she has a strong love for fiction and drama. Regardless, circumstances of her life have made her a good deal awkward and jumpy around other ponies, as she is legitimately a shut in. So, she's a mix of energetic and skittish. It doesn't help that she's still quite young--likely somewhere between the CMC and mane 6 while drifting slightly towards the latter.

Other: She is the protagonist of what I hope to be my first fanfiction story that makes it past a few chapters. The setting is only a few decades--if that--after the banishment of Nightmare Moon, so she has a bit of a medieval/colonial air, and non-modern mindset. She hasn't discovered her talent as per being a shut in for reasons relating to negative views on the bat pony race, but eventually falls in with a band of wandering actors regardless.

Also, the 2-colored wings are a stylistic choice on my part, and not a true part of her character design; I draw pony wings with both their base color and the primary color of their mane.
