So I've never done an RP on this forum before and so I've decided to test my skills in this area. Don't think anyone cares but I did try this ages ago and it didn't work so I'll explain it clearly here what my plans are. This RP is going to focus mostly on story telling and interaction with the world, like an old fashioned point and click. There are only going to be limited spots (6 at the moment) but It will require fleshed out characters, also due to the nature of this RP you can use characters you've already made but their back stories will need to be changed to fit in with the lore of the universe. As for the combat I'm thinking along the lines of a dice based D&D kinda thing with saving rolls etcetera. So. The characters. One small thing, you're limited to earth ponies and Unicorns, for reasons I'll later explain pegasi do not exist (en mass anyway) as for dragons etcetera they are taking the place of the xeno filth so yeah... can't play as them Also, all space mare-enes (it's a pun) are female and the death-colt and colts of battle (an other pun) are all male. Thought I'd do some role reversal. 1. The Inquisitor: The wise leader, this character needs to be smart and charasmatic, can be unicorn or earth pony, any gender 2. The Grey Knight: The tank, strong and imposing, HAS to be a female Unicorn (All Grey Knights are psychic and in this RP magic=psychic.) 3. The Deathwatch scout: The assassin, nimble and cunning. Can be whatever. 4. The Colt of Battle Canon: Devout follower of Celestia. A healer and an inspiration. Has to be male. 5. The Commissar: Taken by Higurashi (Steeleye Sungazer) 6. Tech-Priest: Taken by Thunder Knight AS you may have noticed there are no outright Space marines listed that's because the story doesn't focus on war per say it will take place in Equesterra (a pun once again) and will involve conspiracy theories and will require teamwork and careful character development to get a satisfying victory. generally there won't be any deaths (unless you REALLY try to get killed). I would really like this to go ahead so here's the character submission I would like. NAME: RACE: GENDER: WHICH ROLE THEY WILL TAKE: APPEARANCE: PERSONALITY: BACK STORY: Once I have enough interest in this I'll post my plans for levelling (yes there will be stats and skills based on which role you take and your race) and exactly how the looting and combat system will go. One last thing. Orks = Diamond Dogs Eldar = Dragons Dark Eldar = Evil Dragons (?) Tau = Donkeys Tyranids = Parasprites Necrons = Changelings Once we get stared I'll explain the Lore and how when the events of this RP take place. Seriously though, this looks better then sex. I've been waiting so long for a 3d pokemon game and this looks exactly like what I wanted it to be.

Blaming video games for violent youth is on par with blaming smelters for gun violence. Yes smelters produce refined metals which may or may not be made into a gun which in turn may fall into the hands of a mass murderer HOWEVER this isn't addressing the actual problem which is legislation and peoples attitude. Video games do not make people violent, if someone is violent most likely this predisposition for rage would have manifested itself long before said individual could get anywhere near a console. In the end this just boils down to a modern day witch hunt, people don't know how to deal with their problems so they need a scape goat on which to offload their crippling self doubt and fears.

Melbourne begrudgingly got out of bed, mornings were certainly not his favourite things. His breakfast consisted of a single piece of toast and a glass of soda water, he wasted little time in getting ready after all his main was always dead straight and honestly, Melbourne didn't care for the most part about his appearance. He put his vest on and lifted his rucksack over his back, being the pragmatic pony that he was Melbourne had only packed 20kgs of equipment, he thought he did quite well. After sorting out his house he left, making sure to lock his front door and set the anti-thief traps (Melbourne was always prepared for the worst). By the time he reached the blimps he saw clearly that a large number of ponies (and a dragon it would seem) had already boarded "I was hoping for a quite trip. Seems that is of the table." As he walked towards the purple blimp (less ponies on it) a pony in what appeared to be some kind of pilots get up approached Melbourne. "Howdy friend don't suppose ya' ha-" Melbourne showed him his ticket without so much as a hello and moved silently into the purple blimp. The other two occupants seemed enthrarlled in their own company and he certainly would rather avoid unneccesary social interaction. He sat down and opened up his novel.

So hypothetically if Greece does turn into the next Germany/Nazi thing with the whole war and such America prob's won't give two fucks. America only joined WW2 because Japan made them angry and it was more the Russians that actually beat the Germans. Also there isn't much oil in Greece. Plus Greece's economy is in no state to start wars. The only reason Hitler was successful was because every country was reeling from WW1 and were to busy about one guy taking Poland over. Now days every man and his dog would see Greece taking over any country and get all up in arms about it and Briton/Germany/France would send some friendly FUCK YOU missiles their way. I like this world the way it is. With all the violence death and pain. Why? Because it makes me feel better about my current situation. It sounds horrible but it keeps me going, thinking "Well I'm in a pretty shit mood, but at least I'm a lot better of than most."
