  4. facebook still doesn't accept my real last name... so i don't use it. But i guess it is useful if you let it be, just be safe and don't spread false things about people. i have not used facebook enough to know about it honestly, all i know is that with any social networking website you need to be safe, theres scary stuff out there...

  9. I have only used it in school, with no Photoshop version for Linux i cannot natively use it at home XD i don't own any version of it and don't plan on anytime soon, sure i could pirate it but why? i got free legal software like GIMP that does everything i would ever need to do with a tool like Photoshop and more. no need for stealing. i don't need need to pay $1000 to do stuff that i can accomplish with free and open source software. As for skills, i can move stuff, make selections, make layers, apply filters, and do general things, i say i have average ok skills. really not much a graphics artist, but when i need to edit images i use GIMP, it works great for me.
  10. Its ok, i totally understand, one reason i mentioned because i am a Linux user, RPG MakerXP has no Linux (or mac) version, it seems to work ok in wine http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=application&iId=937, but sounds like it wouldn't be all that great. i think we could do a good job if we have good organization, and lots of people helping. but its ok to do whatever you want, i just wanted to be able to help out and play it XD. i still wanna see this game happen
  11. this sounds really cool! I think that though,we should program the game in a language like c++, or python, it would allow it to be very portable (run on pretty much and OS, especially OSX and Linux), and it would be very configurable. now i have never written a game or really any kind of complex program, i understand c++ pretty ok. python doesn't look too hard. i know of several libraries (again cross platform) that can be used to aid in the creation of the game. and last but not least i feel we should make the game FOSS (Free and Open Source Software) anybody could contribute and help out, with stuff like fixing bugs and all sorts of things, it would be also a great learning experience for everypony to see how a game works deep down.
