I don't get many solicitors, usually I end up being nice... But I'm not shy about telling them off when I've had enough. Part of me wishes they were more common so I could be a little less tolerant of them All I could think was:

Yeah... Lactose-intolerance and a gallon of milk don't mix well Nuts and legumes then. Anything with a low weight and a high calorie content. Olives and avocados are pretty good. As to whether you NEED it or not... You are a bit underweight, but if it runs in your family, I'd be less concerned about it.

If you're looking to add some weight, some body builders use GOMAD. Gallon Of Milk A Day (US Whole). It's a not a perfect solution, and often adds more fat than muscle. There is a less extreme version with only a Quart a day (QOMAD). That is a LOT of milk, and a lot of nutrients. Let me teach you! 1 km = 1,000m, 1m = 1,000 mm OR 100cm km is kilometers, m is meters (about a yard), and cm is centimeters. That's about it... 0 C is freezing, 100 C is boiling. Liter (L) is for liquids, and gram (g) is for weight. L and g work the same as m. That IS everything No, really it is, I can't think of another measurement in metrics with a common usage. Except for scientists, but they use some crazy measurements anyway. "Watt? My Ohm Hertz!" I kill me.

Getting Rid of Dark Thought's: Icee's Guide (warning: may not be suited to rational individuals) Step 1: Have dark thoughts. This step is vital if one is to rid one's self of dark thoughts. Sit and dwell on things that make you angry. If you are having difficulty, try slamming you fingers in a door, or going onto 4chan and posting a discussion on politics or religion Step 2: Physical Release. Yell, scream, or even cry. Hit something, maybe go for a run, do a workout, or just some manual labor. While an important step, it is vital to be aware of your surroundings. Breaking doors, while therapeutic, gets expensive rather quickly. Step 3: Exhaustion. After becoming tired, find a spot to relax. A quite corner, a shower or bath. Maybe outside somewhere. Raves and other high energy place are usually discouraged. A coffee shop may work, but please take a shower first. Step 4: Relax. Learning to relax can be difficult for people. If you have trouble imagine your body is a balloon that is slowly deflating. Or pretend to be made of lead. I love animals. Dogs probably come in first due to ease of care. Otherwise, it's all down to the particular animal. Ditto that! Tarantulas are pretty awesome I love snakes, I used to catch ringnecks all the time. They are so cute. They would nap in my gloves until I could finish working and send 'em home. Cats also deserve a mention. Most are very affectionate to me. My current cat has earned the nickname 'Nuzzles.' She LOVES being petted.
