  1. Old or New matters not to me. He's the one guy who craves for attention, and mane girls, and women as well, will almost always fall for him for crazy reasons.
  2. It's alright, but it's basically Pony Life with not a lot of interest, and it's just average at best. Sadly, it's on the more forgettable side.

    general media RIP Kazuki Takahashi

You definitely should give it a shot. The anime is incredibly amazing to watch as well, including the 1998 version. Still, 2022 has been incredibly bleak. And to see that Kazuki Takahashi had passed on only adds insult to injury...
  4. Rockstar Games became the worst of the worst, which makes EA look like saints, and EA are nowhere close to being the good guys themselves. The fact that they have the audacity to keep milking GTA Online while deliberately neglecting Red Dead Redemption 2 and Red Dead Online, shows that they've been caring more about money than their community, and its just mortifying. Furthermore, GTA Online is a complete dumpster fire on PC and Rockstar Games themselves look the other way by deliberately overpricing each and every content that's not even worthy of being free. Like, a regular car costs around $1-$2 million dollars with mediocre performance? That's basically a blatant ripoff. It just reeks of corporate greed, and it shows, given Rockstar's inability to provide better security for their 9-year old game. I'd explain more, but that'd be too much for me to spout it out. Rockstar Games can go drown themselves in their own money, and I hope they're hit with a massive lawsuit that'll mean the end of Rockstar Games.
  5. Yeah, I even checked the Genshin Impact community itself. They're filled with incredibly hostile, snobbish and elitism that will vehemently defend a game that's just egregious to work with. Why did they even include it for mobile in the first place is beyond me.
  6. Sadly, its still overshadowed by far better movies.
  7. Top Gun: Maverick is already an instant masterpiece from the original. However, one cannot rule out Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which also did really well. And Spider-Man: No Way Home while on my trip in Florida, Willem Dafoe aced it really well as Norman Osborne/Green Goblin.
  8. Sonic Frontiers... yeah, not at all excited for it. Its clear that Sega and Sonic Team hasn't learned anything. They're trying too hard to give Sonic the spotlight, but its just completely overshadowed by far better games being brought in this year. And Sonic 2 movie was pretty underwhelming at best. Sure it looked good on paper, but it's easily outperformed by way better movies being released. Doctor Strange and Top Gun: Maverick basically outperforms Sonic 2.
  9. I only shop online for games, and other stuff not available for me. However, Amazon would be the last thing I'd ever shop, especially given their lack of care for US territories, which also includes Hawaii and Alaska.
  10. Neither. Both of these platforms have gotten increasingly hostile and toxic, and YouTube's censor-happy nature only brings them closer to an eventual lawsuit.
  11. I tried Genshin Impact, and I'm sorry to say I did not enjoyed it. At all. It eats up the battery life from my phone, but also heating it up really quickly. As immersive as it seemed well... it just drastically fails to give me any and all appeal and just uninstalled it afterwards. Never again will I touch a game that's not very beginner-friendly and that it eats up battery life from my phone too much.
  12. Been 10 years since I was in the MLPForums. A shame to see old faces go, but appreciated to see new faces come in, at least.

      Happy Forumversary! :blue_baloon:

I’m another decade-long member and it’s always good to see someone from that period still active.  I don’t come here nearly as often as I did in the past but I make it a point to pop in from time to time.

  13. Never. I'm here to be as casual and have as much fun as possible. I'm not here to seek glory in speedrunning games, and AFAIK not a lot of games that allow people to speedrun (yes, that includes Garry's Mod, Team Fortress 2, BeamNG.drive, Rust and Cities: Skylines). But yeah, I just don't find speedrunning games fun, it just defeats the purpose of exploring areas just for desperate fame in order to complete games as fast as possible.
  14. I wish. I'm far too beyond my age limit. Plus I had confidence issues back in high school when it comes to being in a relationship. Plus I wouldn't associate well with teenagers if they feel too uncomfortable in wanting to be friends with someone in his 30s. And even then those days have come and gone a looooong time ago for me.
  15. So its been ten years since joining the MLPForums, even though my activity over there has gotten increasingly sparse due to general life issues. When I first joined up, I was only 21 at that time, and in college too. Just to see how vibrant it is, amid some ups and downs too, and its pretty laid back as well. Of course, I'm seeing new faces coming on here, while others have long left for good. I guess its either from lack of interest or are moving on with life. And yeah, me being present on here is... well, its changed, mainly the forums layout. As for MLP itself well... I've gotten more on the on & off side of the franchise because my interests have shifted elsewhere, though other fandoms were either short-lived and forgettable or downright hostile and toxic. But yeah, even though my activity has gotten increasingly sparse, I'm at least amazed to say that I've been at least on here for ten years now, and one can only see if this forums continue to live on in prosperity despite the challenges. To the older, veteran users who have long left MLPForum, just know that I still remember you guys, and hope that your lives are doing well outside of PC. Thank you guys.
  16. My point still stands.
  17. Even so, I'd rather be paying money for games, and maybe DLCs if they appeal to me, than to pay extra money, just to unlock weapons, cosmetics, etc. Free-to-play games just doesn't really have the appeal for me anymore, and I basically lost interest in TF2 so I pretty much stopped playing it in 2018. The only reason why I still have it with me is because of Garry's Mod for maps.
  18. Oh I dunno. Maybe in having to pay real money just to get the rare weapons that are incredibly random? They could've included in-game credits just to save the trouble, but Valve seems to have no understanding concept as to what in-game credits are. So what if its free-to-play? Doesn't mean I'm even remotely interested in F2P games anymore. It just reeks of shady practices.
  19. It makes me wonder why Twitter hasn't been just permanently shut down yet. The way Twitter handles their users are just pure laziness and will even ban the wrong people for asinine reasons.
  20. Kinda screams pragmatic since Cartoon Network will slip back into their old habits by shoving in more Teen Titans Go, and more animated shows that doesn't cater to veteran folks like myself. Sorry, but my interest, and my respect, for Cartoon Network is long gone.
  21. Reggaeton, which is something I absolutely detest about. Repetitive beats and vulgar lyrics, some of the songs which involve women (and yes, dirty sex *barf*) in a derogatory manner, many people have never even heard of song genres that were much better in the past yet they'd rather shutter themselves and constantly be in denial. Salsa and merengue... yeah, that's something old people love who would rather stay in the past, I just don't see myself enjoying it. Its like its stuck in the 1940s or 1930s timeline that never grasps the concept of modern times at all.
  22. Here's Rockstar Games' pathetic apology attempt found in this link. Note how they mentioned nothing about their constant aggression towards the GTA modding community, hence their pathetic apology and mentioning nothing about said modding community.
  23. Remember the original GTA Trilogy for the original consoles? Yeah, this one basically screwed the pooch, in more ways than one. Oh, what's that? Rockstar Games is innocent? Yeah, no. Time for a serious reality check; they're not as innocent as their parent company Take-Two Interactive. Especially since both gaming companies have been targeting the GTA modding community left and right, showing their total hatred for modding included in their older games altogether. By that I mean they're forcibly filing lawsuits against mod authors here and there to ensure that their older games, which also includes GTA V, mod-free (ironically, GTA Online is a massive cheater-fest on PC, with cheat menus being used and said cheaters get absolutely no comeuppance for this), or risk hefty fines and lawsuits by filing DMCAs against them. The "Definitive Edition" (or so it says) is an absolute travesty in all the wrong ways, which also includes bugs and glitches that were shoved into the game, which also includes the atrocious draw distance for San Andreas, and character models from all three games look cartoon-y in such a bland manner. The worst part are the misspellings and unnecessary censorship being shoved in. Oh, you want to listen to your favorite music in all three games? Too bad! They removed them outright because they can't be bothered to renew the licensed songs, they'd rather be sitting on a throne filled with unspent dollars that had been accumulating in their big, corporate offices. Did I forget to mention that Rockstar Games hired the same, wrong gaming developer that's known for deliberately butchering the San Andreas "remaster" for the PS3 and 360? Yep, you guessed it right. They're back under the name Grove Street Games, because they consider it as a horrible insult to the original San Andreas, or even a mean-spirited joke. And for GTA 3 and Vice City fans you're in luck, and a bad one at that: Claude and Tommy Vercetti still can't swim at all. Worse, the Saint Mark's area is still dangerous because if you're gonna complete a peculiar mission, you're pretty much dead meat (reference to the Sayonara Salvatore mission). And what about two-player for San Andreas, you ask? Yep, Rockstar Games removed that also, because they think having real-life friends play together are nonexistent. Yeah, go figure. They're not well-known for keeping promises, but don't take my word for it; Take-Two is basically the mastermind of all this. Though even then, Rockstar Games should've brought in Rockstar North instead of hiring an incompetent gaming dev, so basically, Rockstar Games are far from innocent themselves. Oh no, they're just as guilty as their parent company. Did I forget to mention that there's far too many wrong things with their "upgraded" graphics, even if they dt look genuinely amazing at first glance? The "Wasted" background is just an eyesore to look at. I know what you're thinking, didn't Rockstar Games intervened and told Take-Two to let OpenIV be for people to use? Yeah, this isn't Rockstar Games showing their care to their loyal fans, this is Rockstar Games being pragmatic. They've basically long sided with Take-Two in going full-on anti-modding against the modding community one way or another. In other words, they have long joined the dark side. Here's one video from TheProfessional of the features that should and shouldn't have included, yet the devs basically failed to keep those promises: Oh yeah, in a totally unrelated note, Rockstar Games released their "Expanded & Enhanced" trailer for the PS5 and Series S/X not too long ago, which had garnered far more dislikes than likes which shows how out of touch they've become and never issued any and all apology to the fans. Meanwhile, Take-Two's CEO Strauss is enjoying watching all of those negative reactions because he knew that both the Expanded & Enhanced trailer, along with their GTA Trilogy being an absolute flop, would only give his company revenue and show off that greedy smile of his, showing that he's not ashamed of what he's done and isn't sorry about this at all. And here's two videos from LegacyKillaHD, and hoo boy, its gonna be a doozy (because Rockstar Games has fallen from grace and Take-Two Interactive is just relishing on all the hate):
  24. That's just the tip of the iceberg, because Activision's CEO (or Activision-Blizzard, it doesn't matter) Bobby Kotick has been found at huge fault for mass, workplace violations and discrimination, especially targeting towards women with having less pay than men. COD as a whole has long overstayed its welcome regardless of its general popularity. Its become more of the same, with the same, rehashed storyline and weapons, along with players who constantly brag about their K/D ratios way too many times. I stopped caring for COD after Black Ops II and Activision's constant obsession over a once-popular shooter will eventually lead to their eventual downfall. Not only are they milking their own franchise dry, but they're pretty much under fire in many ways. There's a thing called "let sleeping dogs lie" yet its just being milked to no end.
