    Honestly, the only problem I've got with Crusaders of the Lost Mark is that it should've been a two-parter. Other than that, it's one of my favorite episodes and certainly one of the best episodes of Season 5.

    No. This show has a poor track record when it comes to villain reformations and I'd rather see the writers try and work with the villains they've already reformed than add more to the pile.

    I think Starlight Glimmer should've stayed a villain. I found her more interesting as a villain than I do as a hero. The writers missed a big opportunity when they reformed her instead of making her a recurring villain. Starlight Glimmer could've been the Professor Moriarty to Twilight Sparkle's Sherlock Holmes.

    Part of me wishes Starlight Glimmer had been the villain where that was the case, but I digress.

    I'd like to see more episodes where Starlight interacts with the rest of the cast. We didn't get enough of that this season and I think it's a big part of why people are having trouble warming up to her.

    They're already an item as far as I'm concerned.

    I'd like to see more of the Mane Six interacting with secondary and tertiary characters, as well as more of Starlight Glimmer interacting with the Mane Six. With the former, I think it'd be a good way to flesh out some characters who might not otherwise be developed, as well as giving the Mane Six other friends besides each other. With the latter, I think it'd help make Starlight feel like a more natural addition to the cast, as well as redressing one of the common criticisms of how she was handled in Season 6.

    If the writers are going to make two characters canonically lesbian, it'll probably be Lyra and Bon Bon and it'll probably be done through word of god rather than onscreen.

    I think we've got enough reformed villains. If the writers reform every villain, what's the point of even having villains in the first place?

    I think we'll learn what happened to Applejack's parents in the movie, if we learn about what happened to them at all.

    I'm optimistic about Season 7. I think a lot of the problems with Season 6 were the result of having an inexperienced showrunner at the helm. If the rumors are true and Mike Vogel is in charge, I think we'll be in good hands for Season 7.

    Enough with the villain redemptions already. We already have Starlight Glimmer, Sunset Shimmer and Discord. We don't need another reformed villain.

    Season 2 is my favorite, but Season 5 probably would've been my favorite if it hadn't been for the dissatisfying ending of The Cutie Re-Mark.

    I want to see Starlight interacting with the other members of the Mane Six more. We got a lot of Starlight and Twilight interacting, but not enough of Starlight interacting with the likes of Applejack, Rainbow Dash, Fluttershy, Pinkie Pie and Rarity.

    I'd probably go, but it depends on what kind of nudists were talking about. Are they all one gender, mixed company, young, old, etc.?

    I imagine if Tirek tried draining a human, said human would shrivel up and die in a grotesque manner ala. Raiders of the Lost Ark.

    I think Sunset is the better hero and has the better backstory, but Starlight was the better villain by far, despite her laughably bad backstory. I like both, but I wish they'd been combined into one character with Sunset's backstory and Starlight's villainy.

    Not by a long shot. I'd say it was a weaker season than Season 5, but I'd still rank it above Season 1 and Season 3. I think a lot of the blame for Season 6's problems rests with Josh Haber. He didn't have the writing chops necessary to be showrunner. If someone like Vogel or McCarthy had been in charge, I believe Season 6 would've been less divisive.

    In the Crystal War timeline, Starlight - not Twilight - became Celestia's student after Sunset. She became the leader of an alternate Mane Six comprised of herself, Trixie, Night Glider, Lightning Dust, Suri Polomare and Double Diamond. However, Starlight proved to be just as power-hungry as her predecessor: she betrayed her friends and defected to the Crystal Empire, becoming Sombra's right-hand mare. The name "Starlight Glimmer" is now synonymous with treachery in Equestria.
