Yeah! I'd love some further world building. For the past 5 years we've resorted to theories, and I'm excited for that to possibly change -
The first half was quite obviously the weaker one, with more "meh" episodes. The second though... Oh man. The CMC got their cutie marks, Cadence is having a baby, Rarity has a boutique in Canterlot, and Rainbow Dash is practically a wonderbolt. They smacked in as many major things as they could in these episodes, and it is incredible!

I'd really like to see something with Celestia. She's so poorly developed that all we basically know is that she's basically a god. She's just a thin character, and I hope that we'll get some more episodes with her in S6, perhaps in the premier

Why would that happen? I don't really see how this connects. I don't think they would just quit one of their biggest shows, which is still running. The MLP community is stronger than ever, and cancelling the show would be stupid of hasbro to do.

I support the theory that he IS discord. When Twilight finished the spell that made her an alicorn, Celestia mentioned how Starswirl, nor anybody else had done this. When Twilight tried the broken spell, her friends cutie marks switched around. According to Celestia, Starswirl "didn't understand friendship" like twilight did. So maybe when he performed the spell, because he basically had no friends to switch cutie marks with, the spell corrupted and turned him into Discord I explained this pretty bad, but if you want more information on this, The Brony Notion has a few good videos on it- 18 replies

I hope not, but I suspect that's what is happening. Unless they do another episode with her, to even further boost her likability, I'm sure her popularity will flourish. -
Nice hatfields and mccoys reference in the title, but this episode was kinda... Meh. I feel like the ending was a bit boring. -
That was nice! They took a pretty cliche theme, but they really pulled it off. Lena Hall fit the role perfectly, and the ending was just amazing! I also love seeing the mane 6 interact with other than others of the mane 6 as friends. It really satisfies me, and makes them feel much more like real people -

I think it's very self-explanatory. Luna is a MUCH more developed and interesting character than Celestia. I'm not saying Celestia is bad, but Luna is just plain better. She shows emotion and a very rich personality, when Celestia is just a god with not a lot of personality to her (so far).

I feel like Amy won't hestitate to make episodes about mature themes, this episode included. The dilemma of production conflicting creativity is not something I'm a stranger too. While I myself haven't been subject to this, many friends of mine have, and this episode touched them on a personal level, which is a HUGE goal to accomplish as a story writer. Very nice moral, very nice song, and very funny. (Especially the fat pony at the end) Rules of Rarity is a very unique song. The transition from happy to sad is beautifully executed, and adds a very nice depth to the song. The chords at 1:17 are honestly the best part of the song, and leaning to become my favourite part of any song in the show. Overall this was a very nice episode. The moral was very mature and relatable, the song was one of the best so far, and SO MANY NEW MARES! Masterpiece of an episode, Definitely in my top 5! -
