  1. I like a lot of things that have fandoms, but the only two in which I actually keep up to date with are MLP and Percy Jackson.
  2. Currently just waiting for Christmas and feeling anxious for literally no reason

  3. The show has definitely changed me. Before I began watching the show, I would tend to think darker, more depressing thoughts. I guess living with parents that often make you feel bad about nearly everything does that to you. But then I discovered the show, and I found my escape. I used to be just a casual fan at first, but now I support the show and it's community strongly. So yes, if the show didn't exist, I'd definitely be a different person.
  4. Call yourself whatever you want. It makes no difference whatsoever.
  5. Personally, I'd actually choose episodes that include a lesson your father might appreciate or learn from. Whenever someone watches the show with me, I choose one with a theme or situation that they can relate to. Other times, when I'm having a problem family doesn't understand too well, I pick an episode that sort of explains this problem. For example, I tend to he extremely introverted, and my mom watched the episode where Pinkie Pie tried to become pals with Cranky. When Pinkie explained how some friends like to be left alone, my mom seemed to get the idea. So try looking at the lessons in the episodes.
  6. I involuntarily cry when I'm angry about something, and my parents always yell at me for crying, so I'm not really allowed to express my feelings too well.
  7. It really depends on where I see the bad grammar. If it's on the internet, I usually don't mind if the person is still learning English. Obviously it's hard learning a whole new language. Now, if they aren't still learning English, it's different. If it's on a forum or social media website that is strict on age, I can assume that the person is at least 13 and has been to school, and that they should be able to use proper grammar. An old teacher of mine actually told a story about someone she knew who didn't use proper grammar because he was so used to using it all the time. This guy she knows couldn't get into college because of his habit of using chat speak. He seriously used 'they're, there, and their' in incorrect ways, didn't capitalize any letters, and my personal favorite, he used 'lol' in part of it. Obviously this college denied him. So yeah, kids. Grammar really is important. If it stops you from getting into college one day, then it seriously needs to be worked on. Bad grammar is really just a bad habit for those people who know proper grammar. But if the person is still learning, it's fine. It's just like learning any other language.
  8. I normally just ignore them and move on. My only problem is when it's a family member.
  9. I personally believe they're canon... there was a movie theater after all.
  10. Speaking from experience, I'm pretty sure any Build-a-Bear that will fit the ponies. At least all of the hats I own fit the ponies.
  11. Honestly, I've never been hypocritical towards the Brony community. The motto I live by is love and tolerance, and I do just that. Not all bronies are the same and we all do different things. Just because we watch the same show doesn't mean we're all exactly alike.
  12. Sort of. I always thought older fans of children's shows were sort of creepy, but then I watched MLP for myself and understood why so many fans are out of the target age group.
  13. I'd get her Season 3. It might not be the best season, but she might like it more than you. If she's already seen Season 2, then Season 3 is the way to go.
  14. I don't believe there's ever been a basilisk before, and I'd love to see one.
  15. Barbie dolls- Too many people tried to force me to play with Barbies when I was a little girl. I was perfectly happy with my toy trucks, thank you very much. Not to mention my grandma actually sent me a Barbie for Christmas last year... I never even opened it.
  16. I would have to choose Ponyville. It seems like a quiet place to relax and make some friends. Plus fighting the occasional monster doesn't sound so bad. It'd be fun.
  17. One of my OC's is a huge history buff. She's pretty Dorky, I guess.
  18. I woke up four hours ago feeling terribly sick and as much as I'd like to tell my mom I don't feel like getting out of bed.

  19. Personally, the idea of the villains all being reformed might be sending out a rather interesting message. I feel like it's saying that anyone has the potential to be great, and that overcoming who you used to be can make things a whole lot better later on in life. However, I would like to see a villain stay evil for more than one season.
  20. I'm almost always torn between these two. So I'll say what I like about both of them. I relate to Twilight pretty well. There was a time in my life where I focused on books rather than making friends. In fact, I'd literally spend an entire day reading even when my sister or a friend wanted to spend time with me. And I'd never shut up about books when I was with a friend. But then I began watching MLP and I realized how bad it can be to focus on books rather than real people. Now I've actually made a lot more friends and I'm generally much happier because of it. Now, for Pinkie, I love her because she never fails to cheer me up when I'm having a bad day. She's silly, fun, and overall very cheerful, and we all need someone like that in our lives. While most people listen to sad music when they're feeling down, I listen to Pinkie's Smile song. After all, smiling is a good way to cheer up. Without Pinkie, I'd probably be extremely depressed all the time. But because of her, I've been feeling depressed less than I used to.
  21. I take extremely good care of my possessions, so I can't recall the last time I broke one of them. However, I have had a lot of my possessions broken recently by other people.
  22. My whole family always says our homemade potato soup tastes better the next day, and I've always thought it was crazy. I don't typically like leftovers, and prefer to eat foods the day they're cooked. Maybe it's because I've gotten sick after eating reheated foods or maybe I just don't like how certain foods get much softer, but I almost never eat leftovers unless it's my only option m
  23. As much as I love sodas, I hardly drink them anymore. I used to have sodas almost every day, but now I only drink them on the weekends or on special occasions. Since I started doing this, I've generally felt better and healthier than before. Also, I stopped enjoying a lot of sodas recently. Nowadays I don't really like a lot of junk foods.
