  1. Some of my closest friends are guys. I've never had romantic feelings for any of them. They're just really good friends and there's nothing else to it. Boys and girls aren't required to date each other just because they know each other.
  2. The fact that it makes me sad is actually the reason I'm starting to ignore it. None of these things are currently affecting the way I live my life. Yeah, I feel horrible for the people that are going through these terrible things, but I've decided not to make other people's problems my own unless they affect me in any way. I do believe that the world could become a better place, but for now we just have to accept the world we live in and go on with our own lives instead of worrying about something that has nothing to do with us. If it's not affecting you in any way, just ignore it and carry on.
  3. I don't smoke, but both of my parents do, and sometimes they smoke close enough to me that I can get uncomfortable with it. Smoking literally does nothing good for your body. It becomes addictive and very harmful. I never plan on smoking in my life. I fear cigarettes and the possibility that it could end my life. I don't want to die because of something like smoking. Now, it's understandable to do it once or twice, and never do it again. I understand if it's a one time thing. But once it becomes addictive, it probably needs to stop. I've never known a situation where a smoking addiction actually helped anyone.
  4. Nope. I've never been attracted to a pony, or another species to be exact.
  5. I noticed the similarities between the Monster High dolls and the EG dolls, but I'm pretty sure Monster High was debuted before EG. I don't think EG inspired Monster High in any way. In my opinion, it's the other way around. But anyway, this definitely made me laugh.
  6. For me it depends on how good the movies would actually be. If they're just as entertaining as the show, I'd be fine with it. If they go downhill, then G4 would probably just have to come to an end. Although I doubt Hasbro will just end G4 quite yet, even if it's been going on longer than any other generation. They're making so much money off of the ponies that I can't see them ending it like that.
  7. Considering how much money Hasbro is making through these ponies, I don't think it'd be a very good businesses move to just end it right now. As long as it keeps making money and doing well, they'll keep it going. It wouldn't be strategic to get rid of the most successful franchise Hasbro owns. Besides, even if the show ends, it's not like we can't enjoy what we still have of it.
  8. While I couldn't care less about dating, it would be nice to have a special someone in my life who enjoys the same show I do. I just don't currently want to date anyone at the moment.
  9. As much, as it'd be nice to know the story behind the absent parents, I think it just needs to be left alone. Everyone can continue having their own theory about it.
  10. I was looking for a pony forum on Google. Can't get much simpler than that.
  11. Every fandom pretty much goes through a period in which its popularity explodes all over the internet. The My Little Pony fandom isn't dying. It's just settling down and becoming more tame. Sure, the ratings are low now, but a lot of people watch the show through streams so the numbers aren't all that accurate. For all we know, people are starting to watch episodes online rather than on TV. But I do want to compare MLP to another big fandom: Harry Potter. Once upon a time, the Harry Potter fandom was insanely huge. While the movies and books were still coming out, it had a very, very large fanbase. But when the series came to an end, it looked like the fandom was dying. Not exactly. If you go on tumblr, you'll see the Potterhead fandom is alive and well. It just seems small because there's not as much new canon content being released as there used to. So really, the Bronies aren't exactly dying out. They're just settling down. Their peak is over and now they're more level with other fandoms.
  12. Only around two other people, my twin sister and best friend, who both enjoy the show. I've only said it a few times, though.
  13. Every fandom has that point where it begins to die out as it slowly loses the ability to capture our attention. I personally think that even after the show ends, the Brony community will thrive for a while after. I mean, this show has brought me out of depressive states of mind many, many times. I'm sure others can say the same about how much the show changed their lives.
  14. I don't think watching a show about ponies is really worthy of "coming out." A TV program isn't really similar to sexuality, and watching a certain show shouldn't dictate your life so much.
  15. Twilight would make a pretty good roommate, I guess. We both love books and learning so we'd get along. She just better be able to tolerate my pacing around my room when I'm anxious.
  16. My sister and I have always called Fluttershy "Flutterbutt."
  17. I'm not a huge fan of it. I've only used it to get a general idea of my OC and once I got a nice design, I drew it by hand and changed it up a bit to fit the image in my head better. Personally, I believe it's a great tool to use if you can't come up with a good color scheme/design, but it's too limited and useless beyond that point.
  18. I've never stolen anything myself, but I have found a few open blind bags at Wal-Mart before with the pony still inside. Apparently whoever did it didn't want anything but the Mane Six.
  19. Just feeling anxious and depressed for absolutely no reason... again.

  20. I would just ignore them. Just because they don't understand me doesn't mean I need to be rude about it. I don't understand many fandoms, but I don't get all worked up over them.
  21. I honestly haven't really cared about how much we see the other Mane Six. I'm also positive that I've read on several websites that AJ has been in more episodes than Twilight has, so if there's anypony that needs to get out of the spotlight, it's her.
  22. She's definitely OP. Heck, she's just as powerful as a freaking alicorn.
  23. I really, really don't like any Equestria Girls dolls. I prefer my ponies actually looking like ponies.
  24. I don't own any Christmas themed pony stuff, and I don't think I'd be able to get away with putting any around the house, anyway. Plus, having a toddler around often wouldn't mix well with ponies meant to be decorations and not toys.
  25. Being an teenage female fan of the show, I knew wearing it to school could possibly be a bad idea, since my first time wearing any pony merchandise was in middle school and those kids downright rude. Turns out, nobody cared I watch a show for girls much younger than me. I actually met a Brony in my engineering class, which made me pretty happy. We had many conversations about the show and other than that, nobody cared.
