    Some holidays and traditions are weird here in Ukraine. For example, the Old New Year - the day when guys and grown men go from house to house early in the morning, throw seeds or grains all over the place and get money/drinks for that. Also, here we eat pork fat - fried, salted, baked, smoked or even pickled and raw.

    Reading Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children by Ransom Riggs. At first it resembled a mediocre fanfic, but it got more interesting around the 6th chapter.

    My pessimistic side right now: “Did you honestly hope that MLP FiM would end with a grand finale and Hasbro wouldn’t drag it for as long as the toys sell? They will suck every single drop of it, and then end it carelessly and abruptly.” My optimistic side: “One more season of this amazing cartoon! More possibilities! More characters! More world building! More references! And maybe eventually the second movie! Yay!” My voice of reason: “And now we wait.”

    That's the problem that concerns me too. I've even started a BG ponies fun club here, but, confirming your statement, the fandom does not care much about most of the BG characters, especially the recently introduced ones. Even though the new BG ponies often have great and unique designs and are references to some other shows (like Sherlock or Steven Universe), they do not get much appreciation. The same can be said about some of the old BG ponies, like Cherry Berry (an earth pony who likes to fly) or Sea Swirl (I want to see her training dolphins!). I guess we just have to deal with it - the BG 6 will remain the fan favorites.

    I agree that Chrystal ponies need more love. There are so many things I want to learn about them. Like do they have any special traits apart from the connection to the Chrystal Heart and sparkles? What are their cultural differences? What do the Chrystal pony/other kind of pony hybrids look like? Anyway, a Shiny/Cady episode is the closest the show can get to this topic. I hope we will have an episode like this eventually.

    Eador Genesis: New Horizons - something that used to keep me up till 4 a. m. whispering "just one more turn and I'm done, just one more, and one more..." Also, Disciples 2 and Skyrim.

    1. Just for Sidekicks - an episode about lying, bribing people and getting away with it. 2. Spike at Your Service - Spike suddenly having a dragon code and acting out of character, Twilight suddenly not caring... Timberwolves were cool though. 3. The Mysterious Mare Do Well - do I even need to explain anything? I generally don't like superheroes being forced into MLP world (like in Power Ponies), but this episode made Rainbow Dash look really pathetic as well.

    In the place where I lived when I was a kid/teen, very few people had Internet connection before mid-2000s. Those who did downloaded all the “cool stuff” that was then spread all over the town via CDs. Some people were into Skygrabbing, intercepting and pirating satellite Internet traffic and getting tons of various random things (from all kinds of adult content to all sorts of viruses). I remember getting my first modem. It was faulty, and I had to replug it every time before connecting to the Internet. I’ll never forget that noise… Those were interesting times indeed. But I don’t regret that they are in the past – now everything is much faster, simpler and cooler.

    I'm left-handed, although it doesn't make any difference most of the time. However, before starting to play a videogame I always readjust the controls, for example I never use WASD for moving - only arrow keys.

    I'm just glad that catpeople from one of the previous generations are back! I wonder if they will at least mention Catrina in the movie (probably not, but still). As for the others... A Tirek look-alike, another princess and a broken-horned unicorn - I'll withhold my judgement for now.

    Das Modell by Rammstein (I know it's a cover, but I prefer their version) reminds me of the "Green is not your color" episode. I remember there was a cool PMV for this song, but it was taken down.

    Just started Feet of Clay by my favorite Terry Pratchett. Thoroughly enjoying it so far.

    I really didn't like Hitman and Tekken movies, but Super Mario Bros tops everything - it's just the worst.

    Cherry Berry is an earth pony who likes to fly. I think it's a really great concept, but it's kept in the background and is never stated explicitly.

    It's an interesting idea. I'd like to see Helhest as a villain, although he may be a little too dark for MLP. Also, trolls are already a part of the universe, if we take comics into account. It would be nice to see one in the show.
