      It was added yesterday. And I'm not surprised at all that you like it! :awwthanks: I'm also very glad there's finally a Sunset smilie where she doesn't look sad or angry!

    I've always felt that Rainbow wasn't out of character in this episode, though not as in-depth as you explained it, because this was almost exactly what Rainbow did in "The End in Friend", maybe not on this level, but close, and also I liked this episode, and even if Rainbow was out of character, that wasn't her last episode anyway, she had another on afterward where she was very in-character, and this episode was still funny and featured my second-favorite in a very predominate role, which made up for the disappointment of "Sweet and Smoky" where Smolder was the only good thing in the episode and didn't deserve to be in that episode, and the disappointment of "Common Ground".

    Well, it was a show on Netflix I was into when I was younger my first episode was season 1, episode 7 Dragonshy, and then I had no way of watching MLP for a while because back then I lived under a rock and my family got rid of Netflix, and then I rediscovered MLP on Netflix again when we got it back, and my little brother started watching EQG and while at first I was strongly against seeing it, as I thought the humified ponies looked weird, he eventually pulled me into watching Rainbow Rocks, and I said, "Hey, I actually like this, and this sin't the first movie, can we watch the first movie?" OK, that's not actually what I said, but it was something close to what I thought at the time. Believe it or not, I actually could not remember Sunset's name at first and I kept getting it confused with Starlight, who at the time I had seen a little bit of but not much. I left MLP at season 3 and came back in the middle of season 8, and slowly but surely I got around to watching all of the episodes. I'm glad I came back, or I would have never seen Cozy Glow, Sunset Shimmer, Smolder, The Dazzlings, or cute puppy Spike. This is really the first fandom thing I've interacted with.

    This was certainly an episode that surprised me. I was not expecting an episode like this to be simply as entertaining or as emotional at the end as it actually was, much like how the Summer Sun Setback blew me away with how good it was when I wasn't expecting much. And this is most definitely an episode that truly deserves it's season 9 spot, like The Last Crusade, Twilight's Seven, Frenemies, and The Summer Sun Setback. Although it couldn't steal Frenemies's spot as the best episode of the season for me, it did become my new favorite 3rd favorite episode of the season, after Frenemies and The Last Crusade. By the way, this journal entry is really good, I don't think I would have had the patience to type all of that out in one go!

    I want to thank whoever gave me the hug badge, I know that was like exactly 3 months ago but I just love being able to go into my awards section and seeing that moving image of that scene in Rainbow Rocks at the end where everybody hugs Sunset.

    Did the CMC's cutie marks grow when the CMC grew up? I feel like they're a little bigger than when the CMC were fillies.

    I really hope that Pumpkin appears in Steven Universe season 6 so that my theory is proven wrong, because I would hate it if my theory was right because that would mean Pumpkin will never appear again and I will be sad and so will Peri and I don't want her to be sad and I don't want to never see Pumpkin again. :(.

    I'm still relatively new here, so I probably haven't made much impact, but I remember when I first made my account and did a few posts, I was a bit aggressive, and was rightfully called out on some things, so I wasn't really expecting anypony to help me out the way @GlimGlam did. He made me feel welcome and helped me with different things around the forum. Since he left, I've been making other friends on the forum, and met the Resident Sunset Fan of the forums, @Ganondorf8. Some of the ponies that I would like to recognize are @TheRockARooster @Spooky Emerald @DivineFear1000 @Splashee @CosmicSpark @Changeling RainbowDash @ChB @Fiendstorm @HeavenSunset @Mellow Mane @Tacodidra @Bas @Nsxile @CypherHoof @Cash In and many more.     Weird that out of all the Outlander lions, Vitani is the only lion(Zira is still close, but noticeably darker than the light gold of a Pridelander) with a coat that is the same kind of color as a Pridelander lion, and all/most of the Outlander lions have those darker circles around their eyes as opposed to the Pridelander who have lighter circles around their eyes.

    Why was Zira's whole family banished to the Outlands, especially since Kovu was only a newborn cub at that point and Vitani would have only been maybe a few moons older than him?  Simba should have only banished Zira and any lion that voluntarily sided with her.

      @DivineFear1000: No, I haven't, and I don't think I will.  I don't really like the idea as a whole of Disney remaking animated movies into live-action because 1. We already have that movie and 2. It was animated for a reason and 3. Movies that only have animals in them are going to be animated anyway, so it's not even remaking the movie into a live-action movie.

      @Dawn-Sunlight I've seen it and I didn't like it that much. It was pretty much the same exact movie with nothing new to mix things up. I haven't been a fan of any of these live action remakes, except Aladdin!

      I loved the Aladdin remake!

    I REALLY hope Sunset at least gets to be a recurring character in the next gen at least, but even if she just appeared once and that was it I'd be happy. She's popular enough that I could definitely see her being a part of the next generation. Especially since EQG seems to be ending soon.

    YES!  Ash is going to be one of two main protagonists in the upcoming Pokemon anime, and the art style make him actually look like himself again!

    In the Lion Guard, it turns out that Ushari actually appeared in the first "episode" Return of the Roar.  COOL!
