  1. Big time. Honestly in the long-run, it screwed Spike over in EQG big time. Really restricted his potential on what he could do and his involvement. Most of the time it felt like Spike in EQG is just.. there, like a freaking prop. Can't really interact with anyone aside from the girls either. It just doesn't seem fair that he doesn't get to be a human like everyone else is. Pretty much one of the issues I have with Spike being a dog. Whatever iffy excuse they had on him not allowed to being human gets finished off from a bullet in the form of THIS fact right here. Diamond DOGS getting to be humans instead of well.. dogs.
  2. Maybe if the writers didn't think it was funny to make him a dog and have him be human, that wouldn't be an issue there. Really.. him being a dog would most likely prevent him from getting to be with the girls at times. Its probably a miracle he got to go in Legend of Everfree. Or should I say its a miracle that Sci-Twi is even willing to bring him to school in the first place.
  3. Really, I wished they addressed the issue about Spike not getting to be human(there is a bunch of issues that's hindering his character in EGG due to that). Like both Spikes deserve to be able to become humans in the human world. That would be really good for their development.
  4. Watch as it turns out that Discord adding his chaos magic into there ends up actually goofing up the spell and could possibly make it break at any time without warning. That would be pretty hilarious.
  5. For now, the season 10 comics would decide their fates if it does touch on them.
  6. Honestly I hope Luna continues being Dream-guardian pretty much. What else bothers me about her retiring is that apparently she has to give up raising the moon and being dream-guardian(both of which were essentially her freaking destiny according to her cutie mark) even though she didn't get to enjoy that destiny for much long since her return(like.. I think since a few years at most?). If she had to stop being dream-guardian and ultimately no consequences happen, it would make her job as patrolling dreams ultimately pointless in the end.(I know she helped others like the CMC in their dreams, but I mean like apparently Equestria would ultimately manage in the end without Luna's dreamwalking. It felt like her job as that is ultimately meaningless in the end due to that). It just felt like there should be a whole lot of issues from Luna retiring but the writers just ultimately brushed them aside..
  7. At least how they were handled at those iffy times you pointed out is better than how the Royal Sisters were handled honestly..
  8. I do hope they got something for Spike in all of this. Hoping they do the Royal Sisters better justice in there too..
  9. Felt like it could use some tweaks(such as his jaw) ,but aside from that he looks pretty fine.
  10. Wished we seen how were Luna and Celestia were doing after the timeskip. And maybe see if Luna "grew" into Celestia-shape like with how apparently Twilight did. I mean, Twilight growing into a Celestia-like form really raised questions about alicorns. And such as why doesn't Luna look like that too. In fact I did hear somewhere that Luna wasn't "fully grown", not sure if it was referring to her Woona form since it was stated that form is the result of her magic getting disabled/messed up due to the Elements blasting Nightmare Moon. Really, it would have been cool to see Luna "growing" into basically being taller and around Celestia's level, maybe even to show she has became truly Celestia's equal(I mean, it still felt like she was in Celestia's shadow honestly..) Anyway, would have love to see what Flurry Heart officially looked like as a grown adult and maybe see if Cadance went through a similar Celestia-like form since she and Twilight are both ascended alicorns rather than natural ones. I am pretty serious though on Twilight ended up resembling Celestia greatly really raises some questions about alicorns. The writers should have explored more on alicorns in general.
  11. I wonder what would be Grogar's reasons for reawakening Nightmare Moon within Luna and causing NMM to happen in the first place? Like what did he planned to do with Nightmare Moon? Really I wished the writers could have explored much more with Luna's dark powers and darker split personality honestly.
  12. I feel especially for Luna's case since how she started the show off with her story and being the first antagonist. I felt like she could have gotten something here to make things come full circle. Like starting the show off as a antagonist but ending the show with a big hero moment(no, distracting the trio doesn't freaking count for that. Meant like a huge unique hero moment or something)
  13. Honestly I consider a "moon" to be a month. At least for the case with the Mirror to the human world and for the "meeting once a moon" idea Twilight had after the finale.
  14. Sadly even that sort of got overshadowed by Starlight's rescue attempt and such.. Really, the Royal Sisters deserved better than that. It just felt like they didn't get a good enough sendoff there.
  15. I wonder which characters were affected by this bias and such?
  16. Whats next for Flurry Heart? Sadly it looks like its nothing much. The writers did not touch much on stuff that would have been brought up by Flurry Heart now existing. Just there to look cute I suppose. Along with getting captured twice, quite a shame honestly..
  17. What are your thoughts now about this upon seeing the season 9 finale?
  18. I wonder what was Josh Haber's track record? People kept mentioning him and I am curious on what did he do and such.
  19. And the fact apparently NO ONE was around when Celestia and NMM fought in the flashback. So that whole flashback thing felt like it was missing a lot of pieces in a way.
  20. Wished it was Luna would get the option to return to the throne after some years of resting and catching up with Celestia and such. Honestly was not sure if Starlight would become an alicorn or not. That right there is going to be tricky to pull off if they want to do that.
  21. Really, they could have had Luna rule for at least a 1000 more years to make up for the lost years. While ruling alongside Twilight maybe. So she has someone who has actual experience in a way to help her rule(and make the work less stressful for Twilight). Really, Twilight deserves all she can get to help her manage ruling Equestria. While she was on the moon as NMM, the fact still remains that she lost a 1000 years. Honestly I think why the hard work for Luna is much harder is due to she still not exactly get enough appreciation in a way. In fact, if she retired just because the hard work was a bit too much, that would honestly make her look bad since she still didn't rule for much long after her return.
