I was completely unaware that Disarmonia Mundi had broken up (or at least taken a break) for a few years. I just got their Cold Inferno album and I'm loving it. Creation Dirge is my favorite so far but I've yet to hear the whole album too.

 

 

I also recently discovered Death Angel, I think I posted that earlier in the topic, but I wasn't expecting it to grow on me quite so quick as it did. I usually have to be in a specific mood for thrash (I think it's thrash) but like Skeletonwitch it hits all the right things for me. Especially The Moth.

I'm not against Nu-Metal nor do I think that a certain genre automatically sucks based on it's sound. I am simply someone that doesn't love Nu-Metal but have on occasion found myself to enjoy some the music found within the genre. And I must agree with your sentiment about Kittie which I've just found out about and I must say I am very pleased to have been exposed to them.

I am simply someone that doesn't love Nu-Metal but have on occasion found myself to enjoy some the music found within the genre.
