That's a good practice to have, I always hate just being left in limbo with no clue about what happens to my applications for jobs. What would even be more reassuring is receiving some kind of automated message saying something along the lines of "Thank you for applying. Your application has been received, etc...." My computer crashed when I was submitting my application. I'm not even sure it was sent. I'm not a staff favorite by far, but I am trying to get better. However, I've had a lot of warnings. But I've learned from my mistakes; I check pictures for viruses and SFWness before posting them, I look the other way when someone is banned, I talk to the staff instead of making rash decisions, and more that I can't think of at the moment. If the staff notices that someone is learning, will they take that into consideration, even if the person has a lot of warnings?
