I'm not a staff favorite by far, but I am trying to get better. However, I've had a lot of warnings. But I've learned from my mistakes; I check pictures for viruses and SFWness before posting them, I look the other way when someone is banned, I talk to the staff instead of making rash decisions, and more that I can't think of at the moment. If the staff notices that someone is learning, will they take that into consideration, even if the person has a lot of warnings?
