1. Gotcha, though in her current mode, she can't tear a soul out. She Can possess him however, but I don't see that as doing much good considering his body would be so unfamiliar that she wouldn't be able to use it. Not even to... Well, off him so to speak. She might take possession of another, but since she isn't at full power unless she haves her own body - which is currently not workable - and there is the whole deal with the greater evil amongst them to handle first, it's likely The Forgotten one will get to him far before she will get the chance.

 

2. Tracking is limited to the more or less normal ones that were around back then, not the one in question or the still not seen Traveller. Understood.

 

I will keep both things in mind when I can eventually respond to things again, though I'm gonna wait a bit and see what @@Quinch, and @@SugarfootWillie, will be up to. Fun I bet. ^^

 

It will also give me time to debate whatever or not she'd be able to possess a dead one, though I think not. I like the way possessions work in Supernatural (Smoke soul part was from that) but I think some limits are in order, and having to use living ones where the soul of the original owner are still in would present some interesting moral dilemmas.

Heya, I need to discuss something.

 

Melke's magic might be a little too powerful in some situations so there will be times I need to confirm before I post a response. I am still balancing him for RPs. And with him nearby, Syo has regained her normal level of magical power as well. His primary method when it comes to offense is to restrain his opponents as he has no real offensive ability.

Thank you for bringing this here mate. Hopefully it won't be too much of an issue (especially not since the spiderlings are not meant to succeed) but it's always good to want to be sure at times if things are too much, and who knows what the future brings?

Yeah, a bit. The details aren't really there as to keep the grizzly down, but still.... A death is a death. I will argue though that I hadn't planned for this. The moment just started to lead up to it and I talked with Seamore about it because heck, being mean to my characters are sometimes the wind under my wings.

Heh, nice one. ^^ Though I would suggest you put it in a Bios page and put a link to it in your siggy at some point. Makes it easier for others that you RP with to see who they're dealing with.

 

Regardless, consider yourself approved. :3 It's a good start, the effects of the lunar phase is interesting, and I like the picture in the post. Gives a good visual. Somepony I'd like to RP with for sure.

 

Now, as for how to begin then. As this is your first RP, and your character seems to like the night, would you like a after-sunset 1-on-1 RP with my batpony Stargazer? He's a large, elder Night Guard whose been in town for... Well, at that stage it would be a day and a half. He's in one other matchup, but that one is ongoing in the morning and a little... Paused these days, so I can have him going in an evening shift too with little issue.

 

I haven't had the time to make his bios yet, but I do have a picture somewhere... Ah, here.

 

 

He doesn't wear the armor, but the helmet is mandatory. and no worries, he's a nice chap. :3

Alrighty, I updated my signature.  So far, I just have the one OC, but who knows?  That may change.  

 

If I had a plan, I would presumably begin with my character on a night flight.  What's more is that the moon IRL is currently beginning to wax, so I have an idea on how to act (assuming I base the personality initially on the lunar phase IRL at creation).  What now remains is a topic.

Heh, I had only 1 once too. Then before I knew it, I ran out of space in the siggy and had to use a google doc link.

 

A night flight sounds good. Stargazer would likely have a flight around too in the quiet night time in between doing rounds to make sure that the night life is safe. Could be an easy way for them to bump into eachother, even outside town. A topic doesn't need more than that to evolve really. Meet, talk, see where the winds take you. ^^ It's how I have done with like, 95% of the posts here in the thread.

Honestly? I started to loose count after the sixth, but I think... 8 or so? And I still have 4 or 5 of my NPC's I'll likely elevate to OC material once I get the time to write some Bios's for them.

 

I'm a massive altoholic, and I have different ways to approach things in an RP setting. Eventually, I will have to give some of those ideas life so I can do that, and get the haunting image of something potentially sweet out of my head.

 

Though, on this forum I actually have a good reason for this. As you might have noticed, I have had to use NPC's for a while now to interact with new ones to our little funtime gathering here? It's basically because I'm running low on OC's, if not being completely out most of the time. NPC's can work some, but what if others come around after that, and I need some again? Just easier to have more OC's around with backstory that can be read so the ones I interact with have some idea of who/what they're dealing with.

 

Frankly, Stargazer is the one I really need to get done the most. He's been an OC dressed as an NPC for ages at this point. Perhaps I'll have some time Thursday or something. We'll see. ^^

 

As for how you're back now: Yey. More fun with the somewhat cranky flowermare that might eventually reach the point where she'll straight up clock Chow one. been waiting for this.

Making the first action is how most things start here. You'd be surprised how many starting here began with *So, we make a post, then see where it takes us* Heck, I start a lot like that as well when I meet with new ones who prefer me to make the intro they can then respond to. ^^

Your character looks good, and since I have seen you doing RP already, I don't have any worries to approve you on the spot. ^^

 

Actually, that you are a batpony might be a good thing. I were about to start a RP with my own batpony, and @@Wax n' Wane, who is also one, so perhaps that'd be an angle? Not saying it must of course, just putting the option in to make it a three'er if it were.

 

Some things you might need to know here compared to the RP we run together: I don't run an overaching storyline here. There are some in a longer one lead by @@Seamore Sandwich, but most others have their own things, though some might blend in eventually, if the cards are there for it.

 

I can give a summary of the ones we have, but perhaps it'd be better to ask first what your thoughts are? Since you mentioned somepony else lead you towards here for example, it might be you want to have fun with that one, but I don't know of course, so better to just ask.

 

So, want your own thing, mingle, or mingle with the one who beckoned you? We can take it from there when I know.

So here's what I'm thinking. Summer is the countess for the bat pony city state of Subterrenia. She's married to Priestess, her Kitsune lover, and they've had a daughter, Reverend, or Reverie for short. A light gold coated fox with longer fangs and bat wings. They're in the Everfree intercepting an assassination attempt on Priestess and her party members staying at Castle Everfree. The creatures stalking them are the Ananasi. Giant were-spiders, sent by the collective known as the Beast Courts. Priestess and her other marefriend Allure are currently fighting a pair. 

 

The two of us will be saving party members Seamore the lumberjack, Syo the dimension jumping cat, and Briar the Evergrowth (plant pony). You'll like Priestess. She's even hornier than Angel.
