I see one word that would be a bit out of character for Twilight:  “racist.”  If she read this, she would probably be the first to say, “Technically, the right word there would be ‘specist’ but that’s still a bit strong of a word.  Maybe ‘biased,’ but that still doesn’t seem quite right either.  I know!  Let’s check the Thesaurus!  There has to be a word in there we can use.  Research project!”

 Alrighty, finally posted again, after like, nine days! Do let me know if there wasn't anything addressed! I might pass on rolein' Dice, as I have Ambie's parents coming in eventually once @BloodDrops gets done at the train station. Aaand, probably might potentially have less time to RP once I get onto my job. Though I will have pretty much my afternoons open and I do suspect that with limited time might give me more urgency to actually using my time for the things I like.

 Oh and... Gosh, @Moonlit! You gotta tell me how you do those music note symbols! 

 Oh, and Speciest isn't actually a word. It's why I use it. It is plausible that ponies call themselves races and that would extend to sirens as well, but I'd hazard any large words would apply with Twilight.

I can stall it for now, but I just wanna know if there is the option, or if I have to think of something else.

Heck, you might even use Dice if you want. If Blood talks first, perhaps you can convince him to grab hold of my dragon and toss her far away/knock her out. Could be an interesting intro if it were.

Heh, joking aside though. It looks fine to me. A little basic, as Widders said, but you're fresh to the site, and sometimes a character needs to grow from actually doing them in the RP before you even know yourself how it's done. I will approve of this, though I will add two minor suggestions to you.

1. The part in the page where it says " HUGE CRUSH ON MISTLETOE, HE FEELS THE SAME, THEY BOTH DONT KNOW OF THE OTHERS FEELINGS AND ITS HILARIOUS " Should likely undergo a little bit of change, because A, I for example, have no idea who Mistletoe is, and B, writing it all in caps isn't too great. If I may suggest an alternative way of putting it?

"Mirage haves a huge crush on a pony called Mistletoe. Unbeknownst to her, he feels the same way, but neither of them knows that it is mutual, leading to awkward interactions at times."

It's not forced, but it will make things look a bit better for a read.

2. Really small thing here, but you may want to add what Amanita is. Unicorn? Pegasus? Earth pony? Zebra? Marginally convincing scarecrow impersonating Platypus? It may be good to add that minor detail. Especially if it's that last one, as frankly, I would never have guessed that to be the case if it were. ^^

Anyway, gonna go sleep on how to get you introduced into things, and I should have a few suggestions when I wake up. You are free to deide from there, though i will start off by saying that I believe it is best to run a sort of isolated RP to begin with. Meaning, having you interact with just me (or another RP'er if there is any volunteers) away from the main action. It helps to ease new people into things

 I'll have to check back in a bit if you've added more on, but adding in "weaknesses" isn't the point to a character though. That's more of something you do if you're also trying to be flashy & powerful like I'm doing with my Draconequus. When the topic of weaknesses are brought up in OC creations, its meant more as a relation to personality. Take, for example, Blitz's dragon character: Benny. Sure, he's intimidating as a medium large, heavily armored dragon, but he's still a sweet guy trying to live a regular life with his marefriend and a hankering for sweet treats.

 I'd say its more like quirks. Like an overly strong thug being also too stupid to think for himself, a mega-powerful mage being too hotheaded and selfish to realize her true potential or a pacifist who outright refuses to fight though more of a comedic double standard.

 But hey, we ain't buildin' Slayers here, MC.

 Rather, a character is about thinking what their goals are. Like setting up their own bakery and keeping it running, or learning more new things about the world. One of my sayings when it comes to character building is to take time to imagine them sitting down to a nice cup of tea with a friend to talk about their day.

 

  So too, tying characters together, even if they typically can be found travelling together, can be tricky business. That other character won't always logically be around for everything to be important to what your currently doing. After all, you wouldn't want to spend time chatting with some proud mother who never shuts up about her darling son, right?

Also, somebeing desperately needs to haul in a platypus OC!  But they don't do much. Everybeing knows that.

 Well, I am mostly a man of most mercurial moods. I like shifting to fit. If I could figure out how to have my Avatar slowly rotate, I'd totally be on that.

Fan theories abound about how Rarity's parents essentially dumped Sweetie Belle on her in the first season when the writing was rather spotty.  Oh, and been meaning to ask. It's kind of hard to picture Brittle when you keep changing exactly what kind of a mess she is. Uh, no insult intended, heh.

Alright, let's crack this open, cause there's a few things to talk about now.

First off, good of you to have three out now so we have some ideas about things. As you say you are not a first time RP'er, I could use some more information on them, like a bit more in depth personality and such, but let's let that one lie down for a moment.

As Widders have mentioned, I think that having them all have the same fear is not really ideal. That one of them haves it is fine, two gets iffy, and three is a nearly impossible theme. Might I suggest that you only have Mirage suffer under this? It would cement why she would care so greatly for Amanita, and feel infatuated by a pony that she could not have known for that long, if she only moved towards Ponyville after the treaty. She can't deal with being alone, and need others in her life, which makes her the prime candidate to have this out of the three.

Speaking of Amanita, I think Widders also hit the nail when he said that making her a long lost child of Chrysalis is a little iffy. Chrysalis is better used as a reference point, rather than being somepony to be related to, and I honestly doubt that your princess would be allowed to exist if she was related, and a point of embarasment for Chrysalis. She seems like the kind of being who would exterminate the issue in cold blood, rather than just turning her back, and have her name tarnished.

I would personally suggest that you instead made it out as a child of a lesser queen, who needed a successor, and found you lacking. Smaller, NPC hive is easier to control on the scale of what they might do than canon ones.

I would also suggest that instead of the fear mentioned before, you give her some of her own personality to work with. As she is blind and kind, how about being a very affectionate mare perhaps? The sort who would give you a hug if she got the chance. Or if you would want to work witht he more reclusive angle, just her her be paranoid around others, thinking about what they may end up doing to her. Fear like that could well fit a rejected one as well, and would give you something to work with to fill your posts. Inner dialogue works wonders.

As for changeling princesses, I think it could work in theory. If something happened to the queen, somepony new would have to rise up and take over the hive after all. It could be a random mutation in one of the already established individuals, or perhaps one of the eggs come out as special. Potentially something involving if the queen have suffered a grievous wound, a chain reaction occurs to make sure the hive haves a leadership? I'll be looking for your input on this Widders, but I think that it could work in Amanaita's queen having been pretty badly injured, and then either had an egg, or one of the nymphs started to mutate to accommodate things, and then queen then turned out to be fine, and she rejected her spawn.

Might also just be something about the queen being at an age where she thinks it is time to prepare the next generation, and then a special egg is made. Again, some input on this here, but as for the part you need to worry about for now Mirage, it is in regards to making the relation to an NPC, rather than Chrysalis. I think that would be for the better, as it also gives you leeway in stories about the hive she came from if it comes down to that.

Now, Mistletoe... We have the issue with the all caps message at the end there again. It is really not that good of a thing to have there mate, I'm sorry to say. :/ Try a variation of what it says in Mirage's Bio, but word it somewhat different, as to not make it identical.

I also find it a little weird with his talent. If it was finding mistletoe, isn't that rather limiting? If you wish to keep on the plant theme, may I suggest that he could instead be a great tracker of plants in general, and/or perhaps even a gardener? He may well have a specialty in Mistletoe in both areas, but it would not be the only thing he had running for him.

It could also be in regards to the meaning of Mistletoe. You know, make him the sort who tries to bring ponies together, like a little matchmaker, who haves issues finding somepony for himself, as he is more awkward when it comes to relating to somepony personally, than to see if he can fix others up. This option is different though, and if you prefer the original meaning, I would pick the previous one I mentioned instead. Or neither if you will, but I just think it might help to not be limited to only being good at finding a small plant such as mistletoe.

As for fear, I wouldn't personally think his relation to the same phobia makes all that much sense if you want to have him stand out from your other characters. You mention something about awkward crash landings in Mirage's bio, yes? Perhaps just make him the sort who is incredibly awkward around ponies that he is friendly with/likes. Conditional behavioral patterns could work well for him, at least in my opinion.

Anyway, that was my thoughts on things for now. Let me know what you both think on this, and let's get cracking with things, to make Mirage and Co. a sight to behold. ^^

P.S. Risotto is a rice dish and something Ramsey often see people mess up. Hell's Kitchen reference.

I like the Granite line, but i don't get the aim one. Must be some sort of reference to something i haven't seen I suppose.

As for the Hydromancy thing, it could be interesting, but Blood would have to make us aware of what he thinks about this first. Though I am concerned what you mean with a waterbite infection. Is it like in X-Men, when the senator turns into a jellyfish, or?

Actually I thought hat Rarity's parents were dead. I haven't researched anything into them, but I just got the vibe from your response, and figured that was the case. Less grim than what I had imagined then, but still bad. Harsh to just go *Sod it, this life is boring* and leave their child, to take care of their younger child. Seems wonky.

I just checked, and it seems like they actually are in town, according to the Wiki. It only mentions them going on a week-long holiday once. Potentially they're meant as just being there in the background just off camera most of the time, rather than important?

...Meh, I like your version better. Left they did.

And if Ambie tries to kiss Happy, I will have him ejected Team Rocket style. But thanks for the compliment regardless.

As for Brittle, she does have a deception. It's this, just with you know, holes in the legs and such. And ignore the broken horn, just small, not broken, but it was one of my early attempts on a creator and I wasn't thinking straight it seems.

As mentioned a few times before, she doesn't have control of her transformation powers, and it tends to react when she gets shocked, etc. Whens he calms down some, she reverts to this base form. And yes, she does permanently look like she is asking you to please stop hurting her. She is really the character I have been the cruelest too, for no apparent reason. -,-'

It was actually describing one of my phobias, I am terrified of being alone, so I surround myself with friends and family(sometimes my stuffed animals) and I will work on it! A great improvement. I can even see that on Amanita, you have gotten an offer from another RP'er. Rather impressive. ^^

I would say that your three chars looks better now. A few quirks and such, but it's barely anything now, and frankly, it would be nitpicking just for the sake of being difficult. Three times approved, far as I am concerned.

Now, unless you are running off with the RP'er who kindly offered you a session as well, we could talk about placements here.

I would suggest that this may start with your changelings having been away for a few days (Believe me, it's better than you having to read through a lot of pages of monster attacks) and are headed back home. I can have somepony interact with them out there then, and slowly guide you towards town. It will give me a chance to have your characters filled in with some information of what have happened in town, and ease you into things, before the whole, crazy town gets into view. Just my suggestion of course.

Another may also be that they aren't in Ponnyville, but again somewhere else, and that will be the setting. I can work with whatever honestly. ^^

I will suggest some characters for you to pick from when we have agreed on how to get you into the setting, but.... Well, let's just say that you may wanna add whatever you want to interact with somepony nice or not. Cause most are good, but certainly not everypony.

That can work well too, no worries there.

Of the choices I would suggest on the spot of my chars, I will post a few, and then add a bit of info. Not all have Bio's yet.

Sub Rosa. Formerly a spy for certain Bat Ponies, but finding out that the information was actually sold, he defected, and sought amnesty with King Thorax. He is given this, and in return, he keeps helping via infiltration work, though now it is more to retrieve information that have been stolen, or help the relations between changelings and ponies by finding out certain things that might be critical. Some shady business is required at times, which includes having to fight, but overall he attempts to do his business without causing too much harm. He only works at night or in dark places, as he can blend in better there, whilst at day he stands out like a sore thumb.

He is a little gloomy in it, and tries to avoid talking about his personal life, but he is friendly in his own way.

If you wish to have some kind of input as to the workings between ponies and changelings (I have made up some stuff with it in this RP already) he would be a good choice to meet up with. Could well be a random encounter, or he were sent since Ponyville haves a good deal of random changelings these days, and knowing if it was in a good way or if an invasion were set up could be seen as important. He can meet them basically wherever, but the forest might be a good starting point.

Bubble Bath. One of the newer employees at the Ponyville Spa, mainly working in the reception. He is a very service-minded individual, and wants to help in whatever way that he can if he sees ponies distressed. It tends to help with his own anxieties as well, which sometimes causes him to actively seek out somepony to help if he is in a shaky mood. He also does a fair massage, if you wish to try that.

I haven't used this one a lot, but as mentioned, he works in the spa. With everything bad going on the last few days in RP time, he might well be feeling pretty shaken up and needing to distract himself, which could start with a nice, long walk. This would be at the edge of town or in another direction that the Everfree Forest though, as he isn't a fighter, and doesn't think the forest is safe.

Officer Stargazer of the Night Guard, and his daughter, Jelly Drop. Plus her pet spider Gary.

If you want to have somepony who can help you get settled into town, these would be the best choices. Stargazer are well aware of the changeling's being welcome in Equestria now, as well as the laws around them (Mainly, they have to be out of disguise, or create their own, unique form, as impersonation with ill intents is still illegal) and knows of the Ponyville situation. He can help direct you towards a few places if needed. He is generally a kind pony, but he have recently moved here, and Ponyville is draining him, so he is often in need of coffee, seems a bit tired, and can at times express that this town is going to be the death of him.

He is a blank flank, if that matters at all, and a former criminal who got his life turned around by the guards,

Jelly is around 12, and being raised by a guard, she is well mannered, and knows how to scare other foals away when they're being mean to her. She needs to wear colored glasses like is seen because her eyes are light sensitive. She is rather jolly, and will occasionally offer homemade Jelly to other ponies, if she can find a cloud that's just right for the purpose. It's a weird specialty, but that is essentially all she can do, and she's harmless to anypony larger than her.

Gary likes to skitter in her mane and look out on ponies. Generally he doesn't care much about them, unless they have small bugs around them, in which case he'll aim for dinner. I'd advise staying clean around him, if you don't want a facefull of big, hairy spider.

These can be met basically everywhere, including some way into the forest. A good place to get a bit of peace from the crazy town, and to have a family stroll.

None of the chars I have proposed are opponents to changelings, so they will be workable. However, to cover all bases, I do have one who will make a first meeting quite opposite of joyful, just for good measure.

Queen Onache, less-than-affectionately also referred to as the Slaver Queen. She is a changeling queen which is about as nasty as you can imagine. Back when she had her own hive outside of Equestria, she culled her own ranks frequently of drones not strong enough to be considered worth her time, and more often than not, ponies, griffons, dragons and even other changelings were captured and forced to work as menial labor and (except for the changelings) also wandering meals.

Before the Canterlot attack, she were challenged to a battle of the hives from Chrysalis. Winner takes all, and Chrysalis won. After a few defeats, most recently from Thorax, Onache have left Chrysalis, thinking she is too weak to be considered the queen she lost to anymore, and are looking around for strong individuals to rebuild her hive with. She is currently settled in Ponyville, in a house with an NPC of mine, who follows her every order with a smile on her face.

A reason she is called the Slaver Queen, is because of her specialty of infesting the minds of lower and weaker beings, such as regular ponies and other, non-changeling races that doesn't have a strong mind, and adjusting their minds. She can make weaklings into willing slaves essentially, though they can be snapped out of it. Also, strong willed ones and changelings cannot be infected.

Onache is by design meant to be a very loathed character by everypony else than her underlings, including by other changelings, so expect bad things with her around. At best, she can find you useful and will take advantage until she got what she wanted, and at worst, you are in her way and will be made to move, one way or another.

She is cold, looks down on most beings, and an overall terrible mare (I had her almost kick a colt that was in her way when I introduced her) and I would not suggest her if you want a good introduction to town, However, I believe in offering some options, so here she is.

You can pick who you think seems the best of those presented. I can also answer if you have more questions about them. Hope that some of them are of some interest to you. ^^
