Oh boy, dreams are my jam. The latest one I can remember is a weird one though lol

I was in my own home and watching my mum from behind as she receives a chainmail message from her phone. The first message said "type "0" to continue." She does that, then immediately receives a message saying "now look behind you." I scream at her from behind, she freaks out, then realises it was just me. We had a laugh.

I've had a lot if strange dreams, but this was the strangest by far:

I was playing a game on the NES which actually doesn't exist. You played as a Goldfish with legs and the antagonist was Tom from Tom and Jerry. There was five stages - North, East, South, West and The Final Escape. You could actually play The Final Escape without beating any of the other stages, although it was impossible to finish without certain peripherals. You needed to obtain the 'Splash' manoeuvre from the South Stage and the rope from the West Stage. North and East were optional, although they granted you more money. North, East and South took place in a Western area . West was in a temple of some sorts, with booby traps. The final stage involved you swimming in space, while avoiding Tom as he pursues you. When you make it to the end, the game tells you how much the fish is worth. My fish ended up being worth $5,000.

At first I rejected the zero, but that was because I simply didn't understand it. Now I do.

I've got countless dreams that I could pick from. Anyways. :mlp_laugh:

Where @Cash In mentioned playing a video game that doesn't exist, I've had one that is similar. Although the game I play does exist, there's however a level I play through in my dream that doesn't. I've had it several times now. I've always loved Star Fox/Starwing for the SNES and in addition, Star Fox 64/Lylat Wars for the N64. During the dream, I'm either playing one of those and sometimes the dream can be a mish mash of both of them. There's always this one really rare level that doesn't exist in the actual games and is difficult to unlock. I never know how I unlock it, the dream just seems to start at the beginning of the level. In the dream, I'm always trying to play through the entire level just to hear the boss fight music. I'm always obsessed with trying to hear it. Unfortunately, I keep waking up before I reach the boss fight. :lostit:

I've actually had several music related dreams. I keep hearing songs that I really love, but they don't exist in the waking world and I try to desperately keep them burned into my mind when I wake up. I also keep looking for a CD in a different dream that has a whole lot of music that I love, but have absolutely no idea what is on the actual CD. The CD doesn't exist in the real world. Weird huh? :-P

I dreamt  that me and my whole family  is following this strange religious group and they want us to be cremated  as part of the ritual. "Why live for nothing when you can die for something" is the only quote that stood out for me.

My dreams usually turn out pretty stressful. I kind of remember one dream I had a little while ago, where I was enslaved in some sort of underground workcamp. I was able to sneak out, but I still had to find my way past guards and a maze of tunnels. At some point I was suddenly naked, and I nearly got caught, but then I woke up. Honestly, I randomly find myself naked at somepoint in most of my dreams. :mlp_huh:

I don't normally dream or at least remember them, but last night I had a dream where I was getting harassed by one of the lunch ladies at my school pretty much telling me off for no reason, using every cuss word known to man, and I gave her a piece of my mind, that she had "no f***ing right to talk to me like that, without me saying anything back." Principal fussed me instead of actually going to what really was the problem and I told him that I "only fall in line until it gets totally unreasonable, and authoritarian c*** like this starts happening" he tells me to watch my mouth and I say "maybe somebody should watch the watchers." I actually only ever broke code of conduct twice in school and in one case even the superintendent was entirely on my side because I was pushed to my breaking point by a bully, (principal was out with junior high kids on a field trip), and on the other I was accused of saying "f***" in class when I actually said "funk" though it was in a situation I would entirely have used the actual expletive.

It was a crazy dream, but you know, not really a bad one to me because although I'd get expelled from school, it was because of other people's actions and not my own. Maybe after it ended my grandma sued the lunch lady for harassing me. She really would deserve it, since it was technically her fault I got expelled in the first place, and because she would be the only one in the wrong.

I only have one that I can remember.

I remember I'm outside, in the middle of a blizzard, I notice i have no shoes but I still walk while the snow falls pretty fast and strong. The wind keeps blowing all and it's pretty cold, each step kinda hurts, and somehow I keep going, I know I must keep going. I find a street that has a lot of houses and take a peek by the window, trying to stay hidden from the people inside the houses all look like silhouettes, black silhouettes, but I can tell they are happy around the fires of their houses. All these houses have fireplaces and I see all of them happy around them. I feel that I should not look further and keep walking and I keep watching the houses and is always the same. In the end I feel myself disappearing once I leave that street and I feel like this is as it should be...then I wake up.

Make what you will of this, I personally don't know what it means

I was facing a gauntlet of enemies in some futuristic tunnel, and I often had to rely on beating them up myself, since I didn't have any powers. I beat the first three no problem, then Zoidberg appeared out of nowhere shouting "Say hello to my little friend!", his friend being a sniper rifle. I thought I was a goner, but my allies showed up to help and beat Zoidberg up.

The fifth enemy was easy to defeat, but Zoidberg reppears as the sixth enemy, along with a Claydol (a Pokemon). My allies again took care of Zoidberg, while I threw the Claydol in a plastic box and poured a bottle of Pepsi Max on it, turning it into a muddy puddle. I wondered if Pepsi Max was a Water type move because it was super effective.

After the seventh enemy, I come to the realisation that I was facing Gym Leaders, and looked my badges. I only had one left to go. My ally and me were in his bedroom discussing how to face against the eigth Gym Leader. He told me that his Gym Leader is his dad who sits on the couch watching TV all day, and he always starts off with a Gengar. I then ask him if he can find a Heart Scale for me so that I can reteach my Raichu Charge.

...I wish my dreams are boring :adorkable:

This pretty much sums up most of my dreams

What is life? Is it nothing more than the endless search for a cutie mark? and what is a cutie mark but a constant reminder that we're all only one bugbear attack away from oblivion? And what of the poor hooman? Flank forever blank, destined to an existential swim down the river of life to...

an unknowable destiny?

I woke up on an island alone. I felt something strange under my feet, it felt damp. Though as I looked down, I saw it was wet soil. This particular island was entirley covered in it, no sign of grass or sand anywhere.

I was wearing a white dress that landed under my shin. My feet were bare, and my hair had leangthened so it now landed in the middle of my back.

I had no idea who I was or how I had gotten here. So, without anything else to do, I searched the island. But no, these were not palm trees, but ferns and oaks that covered the land.

My eyes shook in fear as I felt a strange presence, and turned my head, my whole body shaking in fear. I stared at the oceon, which seemed nothing but an endless pool of darkness. The waves would rise and fall, but it was very frightening, as if the water itself was angry.

Then I saw something strange. A girl with dirty blonde hair walked out from the water, her eyes meeting mine. Her eyes though... they were so empty. It made me kind of sad.

Even so, she walked to shore and smiled at me, her whole body dripping wet from the oceonwater. It was then that I noticed that she was wearing the same dress as I was. Pearl white, landing under the shin.

So strange...

Fear shot through my body and I made a run for it, my eyes widening more when two other girls emerged from the water as well, and all chased me.

They seemed harmless, so why was I running?

I pushed through branches, until I had no choice but to push through a very pointy series of vines just to escape.

Then I woke up.
