The ability to fly, walk on clouds, and control weather is quite a lot of power, but not to the extent of magic which seems to be able to do (just about) anything, and being in tune with nature feels like it would be useless and boring unless you're a vet, gardener, or a farmer.

 

I feel like Unicorns have too much power and Earth Ponies have too little...

 

In the end I'd have to choose Pegasus.

 

Crystal Ponies make me sad because their either depressed or slaves, and outside of plot conveniance they don't seem to have much purpose for existing.

 

I have nothing against the Princesses, but if I think Alicorns have WAY too much power with the risk of corruption (see Nightmare Moon).

My favorite pony race is pegasus becous Rainbow dash is a pegasus and she is my favorit pony, and how awesome should it not be to fly? :3

Pegasi, are my favorite because they get the whole sky to live in. Their able to sore anywhere in the sky able to get away from everything. Flying with the clouds high in the sky is one place you can truly be free.

I like the Pegasi race the best simply because they have the freedom to fly. I mean how cool would that be? Plus they are much more agile than the rest and to me it would be much more fun to be of that race.
