If she was roaring in my face like she did with Fluttershy, or doing that to a friend of mine as I'm standing there, I can see myself slugging her. Tirek had it coming every step of the way though. Villains are clearly too focused on being evil to deserve a punch, and other antagonists have always been "punished" or proved wrong. No reason to punch them.
