My horrible drawn pony art ;_;

Well, I have been trying to draw some ponies. The first picture is about a year old, the other one is about a few months old while the last one is also a few months old (but not as old). This is horrible, I know that . I just wanted to post it  .

Well that's the whole point of trying then isn't it? To get better at what you want to do.

Hey, don't worry about it. Everyone has that first stage in their road to art, and these are not too bad for a beginning. So if you practice and keep doing so for a while, you'll not only improve, but might go on to be a great artist.

Oh, don't worry, it's still very good compared to anything I'm able to draw with a pen . I can't use an eraser without tearing a sheet of paper apart

Horrible? Stop bringing yourself down. Those ponies you drew are drawn very well and the colors look good together (better drawings that what I can do).

I can tell you are getting better, but you are pretty much trapped by that sideview of the pony. If you want to learn how to draw a pony, you have to learn how to draw the shapes that make up the pony. understanding shapes and how they go together will improve your work by leaps and bounds, not just with ponies, but in general. 

 

Heck I'm thinking of going over the fundamentals again just to improve my work a bit more. hope this helps!
