web Twitter. What do you use it for?

I see that there are plenty of bronies on Twitter and for some time now I have one myself but I'm still trying to figure out what to do with it.

 

I have another Twitter account but I use that strictly to follow what's happening with the energy storage industry so what I mostly get on my news feed there are news articles. I've been told it's "using Twitter correctly."

 

Anyway, how do you use Twitter?

I follow a lot of parody accounts and accounts from youtubers / other notable people whose work I like. Also some personal friends who use Twitter.

I occasionally post on Twitter, but not often. Once every blue moon or something.

 

I use it every day, though. I follow YouTubers there, so I know exactly when a new video is out. I also follow some game companies/PC companies so I know exactly when a new graphics card comes out, some new game, a new CPU maybe, and so on.

I used to have a twitter but I mostly use it to follow my friends (mostly bronies) and a couple of companies and a lot of celebs

A couple of celebs actually followed me back: Andrew W.K. , Jeppers media (failed toys guy) , Ray William Jonson (it was only when he was still doing =3 I had a lot of dead/ hacked accounts ), A lot of popular peps in the fandom

On my own time, I mostly check my favorite accounts. Going through my Twitter feed is quite fun when I get time. It's a lot to keep up with though; the information overload is strong in Twitter. It's also a good way to keep up with current events on occasion. You'll see Twitter getting the word out about important things before the mainstream media picks up on it.

I don't really use Twitter, I just follow a bunch of awesome Youtubers I'm subscribed to because sometimes they post exclusive stuff or just random shiz for their followers But I don't frequent Twitter as much even for that reason anymore Just rarely to leave a suggestion for a video if they ask for one.

I like to look at posts from parody accounts, follow my friends, and follow people who work for shows/games that I like. I do make the occasional tweet or post a funny picture, but I mostly just reply to my friends' tweets and stuff.

Twitter is where I get my guilty pleasures such as celebrity gossip, silly vines/gifs/memes, and pictures of pretty foods. I also see local news on there, which is helpful. Oh, and I follow some businesses that will give out online coupon codes every so often - yay!
