Oh and they'll have to remove the episode from Discovery Family, AND they're gonna expect alot of angry emails from distraught parents and fans. But other than that, go on right ahead! I don't think tis because this is kid's show and shouldn't be gory, I mean discord is also necessary in this world. discord has a power of destory instead of build. I'd imagine if she really wanted to kill Discord... she could. She was only losing to Luna because she wasn't fighting back. Also... they can't kill on a kids show? And then there's the time Discord tried to be COMPLETELY orderly and almost disappeared. It would be difficult, but he can be ended. But yeah, any reason to kill Discord disappeared with his reform. At most, he's a mild pain in the flank these days. IF he's even around, which is actually rare. He seems to stay out of the main cast's way for the most part. JH24 385 April 20, 2018 Share April 20, 2018 (edited) I don't think Celestia can kill Discord, even if she's more powerful than him. "Chaos" Magic creates its own rules, and as long as Discord keeps his guard up, he should be able to counter or nullify it. Although Discord's magic can still be cancelled out by certain artifacts like for example the throne of Queen Chrysalis or the Elements of Harmony. During the season 4 finale Celestia stated that as long as Discord was at Tirek's side, they could not stop him from taking their allicorn magic. That statement alone gives a hint about the strength Discord's magic has in the eyes of the princesses. The best way to deal with Discord would probably be to lure him sort of trap to nullify his magic, otherwise he's nearly impssible to deal with. But dang, it would be exciting to see Celestia throw down and do something really unexpected. I do like Discord, but my goodness, he might have to take one for the team and make his departure memorable.
