I think its getting around time to have Summer-wrap-up!

Hi ponies!

 

For me, half way through winter I miss summer, and half way through summer I miss winter. Right now, I want to sit on a vent in my house blowing warm air while sipping hot chocolate and reading a christmas book in the dark, only lit by lights strunf around the house, and soft music playing in the backround.

 I just want to laze around all day, each one passing by so quickly. I'm so used to going to school and seeing my friends, and I had this type of scedual. But now, I don't know what to do with myself.

 

Do you guys miss winter, too? If not, that's cool. But only 20% less cool. :okiedokielokie:

I miss the holiday season...and I miss fall. I hate this ungodly heat that Summer bombards you with...it's unbearable! 

 

I miss the lights, the smells, the food...EVERYTHING 

 

And especially...the lack of bugs. *twitch*

But yeah, I prefer winter and always have. I prefer cold weather and others being forced to have fun indoors with me as opposed to doing whatever outside, I'm not very outdoorsy, and when I am I prefer being in a jacket to not having much on due to heat. It's also, in terms of school, the perfect amount of break time without getting boring.

Well, where I live, the only good season is fall.  IF we get a fall, that is.  Many years we don't.  Summer just overlaps winter.  I hate all three other seasons because the weather is terrible.  But we're moving out of here soon, thank Celestia.  Back in the old country, we didn't have much in the way of seasons, and that's the way I likes it.

I don't like the summer burning or the winter freezing, I prefer spring and fall. But I do think I prefer winter out of the bad two; when it's too cold I can always pile on more layers, but when it's too hot I can take off all my clothes and still be too hot. Also the possibility of snow -- there's no summer equivalent! Winter just has a... bit more pleasant feel to it for me. (I think I don't just feel like that because it's summer right now... xP)

 

So yes, I'm in favor of wrapping up summer right now. Fall, I want you!

In March, when winter was clearly already over where I live, I was already ready for Summer Wrap-Up. I have been ever since.

 

I'm never missing Summer. Winter is the nicest season we have where I live.

I really HATEEEEEEE Winter, For me, I would much rather be in the Summer heat, than have to shovel snow, or have to walk through snow blizzards and stuff. I don't like the Heat advisories of Summer. But, everything else about Summer, I love.

Although I prefer winter to summer, I don't really miss it. I prefer to enjoy the present, and I know I'll miss the heat during winter.

I'm more preferable to colder temperatures then I am to hot, but then summers here aren't exactly the warmest in the world. It's raining right now and at a fairly average 20 degrees, so really it's just the way I like it. I don't think I'm ready to wrap up summer just yet... Once the temperatures drop and the days start getting noticably shorter, then it's time to move onto autumn. Can't say I don't enjoy the summer evenings though, Winter doesn't give much opportunities to just get out and have a nice walk.

It is winter here on south hemisphere. Personally, I prefer colder weathers. Hot weathers make me feel a bit uncomfortable, since I overheat a little.

 

I like temperatures that are a bit cold, but not freezing. It is easier to get you warmed when it is cold, than it is to cool you down when it is hot . Plus I like the feeling of wool clothing and the cool breeze on my skin  .

I am so ready for this. Here in Indiana, the weather is so bipolar at times, but this particular summer has been dreadful. The vast majority of it has been heat and humidity combined and I am already not a fan of hot weather as it is. I prefer cold weather like in Fall and Winter, it so much more comfortable to me and far more peaceful. So I say bring it on, I am wanting summer to be done with for the year.

I used to be a summer-loving pony. But I've gotten so much heat from working outdoors and geeting sick from it, so now I'm becoming a winter pony. My new favoritre temperature is 44 degrees F. I like to wear a nice stylish coat and not worry about sweating through my clothes and dealing with bugs, humidity and yard work.

I put up my autumn decor before August was even over. I always look forward to autumn, since it's when I feel myself becoming less depressed after the long Spring and Summer.

Much like my first post here, I was ready for summer to be over in March. It's that way every single year.
