gaming What's your most favorite game of all time?

Super Smash Brothers for the N64.

Well, I also like the later ones, but it's one of the games that I could spend hours playing without getting bored, even if I'm playing against CPUs. Combos are easier and more fun to perform than any other Smash Bros. game, by the way...

When I get it I know it's going to be Fire Emblem: Fates but I don't have it.

Currently my favorite game is Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky. I've heard the new Super Mystery Dungeon is even better, though. November 20th can't come sooner. But anyway, EOS is, simply put, a genius game in all regards; spectacular, fleshed out NPC's, Nintendo Hard difficulty, great replayabilty value (Different starters), one of the best plots video games have ever had (probably only beaten by games that're Bioshock tier), and tear jerkers all over the place. You're lying if you didn't cry at the end. Oh, and the Special Episodes are pretty damn awesome for the backstory and expansion of character (liek if you cry at the end of 'Igglybuff the Prodigy' and 'In the Future of Darkness' errytiem). It's just an awesome game.

Have the courage to think and act on your own. And have the courage to disobey.

You would think someone like me would pick a racing game, but no.

I choose Half-Life 2. (I'll include the Episodes as well.)

I spent years wanting to play it. I buy The Orange Box for the PS3 and it was the first game I played on it. I was amazed by how the game starts (which I knew nothing of at the time). That intro is forever burned into my memory. I have played through it so many times, I could almost give a walkthrough without even plying the game.

We so badly need Episode 3...

I'd have to say Burnout 3: Takedown for Playstation 2. Not realistic in any way, but a barrel of fun. I wish they still made Burnout games of that high quality today.

Close second to Star Wars: Battlefront (the original) on Playstation 2.

I LOVED both of those. I do prefer Battlefront 2, but it was essentially the first one with more stuff to do in it.

My top favorite would have to be Psychonauts.

But like other people who have been saying Fallout 4. That might happen with me too. Only thing is, I'm not buying it right away. I'm getting the game of the year (version with all the DLC) edition when it evidently comes out. It's just not worth buying the DLC if they're going to release a version with all of it pre-installed.

I tend to gravitate Animal Crossing and PC The Sims series games (excluding AC:City Folk and The Sims 4, the irredeemably bad entries of both series) toward the top. I like their focus on life things, building/decorating, etc. as opposed to violence, undead creatures, and skill/fast reflexes that other series make themselves known for.

Not that I don't enjoy other series... But the most violent series (as in, not really at all) with undead creatures of any type I'll play is Zelda. Lol.

That is an incredibly tough question to answer with a single reply. Mine would be a rather brutal match between Earthbound, Majora's Mask, Dark Souls II and Bloodborne.

Illusion Magic is a lot like lying. You can convince the opposing party that you are capable of truly wonderful things and take advantage of their preferences. Of course, people are liable to lose their patience quickly when they see through the smoke and mirrors, especially the actual wizards.

I can say with 100% confidence that my two best game purchases were Team Fortress 2 and Garry's Mod. They both have the most replayability value out of every single one of the games in my entire steam library. Sure, I've replayed a few of them a couple times, but TF2 and GMOD are unmatched in their ability to retain my attention.

I have a lot of games I return to time and again, but the most frequent one by far is Baldur's Gate 2.

Probably the first game I came across that really focussed on a story. Always liked the Infinity Engine's 2D backgrounds too.

Skyrim. That game truly caught my heart with an arrow(Thank the lords it wasnt the knee), and it has remained my favourite game of all time. I remember playing through all the content for 2 years straight. Even though i've lost my "appetite" for it, it gave me a lot of good times. Happy times.

Tough decision. i've played an awful lot of games. It's a tie between Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, Tearaway, Forza Horizon, Forza Motorsport 3, and GTA V.

Out of those, PMD and Tearaway have the most compelling story, but I've gotten a lot more long-term enjoyment and playability out of GTA and Forza.

Ugh, picking favourites sucks :(

I'm stuck between these: (INPO)

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team (The only game ever that actually made me cry)

Sonic the Hedgehog 2 (So many fond memories of my father playing this)

I thought this would be a difficult choice, considering how many games I just love, but this is an easy choice for me: Rollercoaster Tycoon. That game is absolutely amazing. It is the perfect theme park game, it has near infinite replayability, and it is ju so fun. :D I see it as a timeless game and I still play it a lot. I would love to see it be ported to the current consoles.
