What do you prefer on chips/fries? Ketchup or Mayonnaise?

But seriously, I'm usually good with just salt. (Although sometimes I like to eat fries with cheese sauce and bacon bits--yum!) I guess I really only use ketchup on the main course...(and mustard, I just find gross.)

Ketchup any day. Too much mayo is kind of repulsive, and there's few things I like it on. Although if I'm eating steak fries, I want high quality ranch most of the time.

I've never actually tried mayonnaise on either (it's rare I try mayonnaise on anything), so maybe I'm missing out here, but the idea of it doesn't sound very appetising to me. >.< Ketchup on fries, however... that goes down with me pretty well.

I prefer Mayonnaise, its also what the Belgians traditionaly put on chips.

   However I normaly use Ketchup as I like to save Mayonnasise for special occasions.
