I doubt it. I think it was just a reference to the opening and nothing more. Besides, not everypony from the opening picture was in the picture at the end.

They only make minute alterations to represent changes in canon. Namely replacing Unicorn Twilight with Alicorn Twilight, adding the castle, increasing the number of characters shown in the picture sent to Celestia, and adding Luna by her side. It's more likely than not that they'll continue using the same base intro, only replacing Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle, and Scootaloo's original models with the new marked ones.

Probably not, that photo only has characters from today's episode and not everyone.  But I think next Saturday's episode will have an updated CMC portrait

If the timeline changes, having the last episode's intro near the end might be a foreshadowing.   There might be a twisted intro for the finale because of the timeline change shenanigans.

The only thing I could see them changing would be adding on the cutie marks to the CMCs, but not redoing part of it like they did for Twilight's princess status.

I do't think they will change anything except altering that one bit because of the last episode and nothing more beyond that. Honestly, I would love to see an entirely new intro at this point. I still like the current one, but it would be nice to see a totally different one for season 6. New song, different sequence, all of that.

Scare Master is a later episode in broadcast order only. In production order, it's episode 15.

Next season it will probably get changed to show that Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo have their cutie marks, but besides that I doubt their will be any more changes made to the intro.
