Socks isn't big on physical affection, but if she cares about you, she'll show it in her eyes. Or she'll bat at her friend's tail. A bit of a playful side.

Sundae Shake is more apt to hugging her close friends. Fudge is more comfortable with just a simple hoof shake. They also hug their parents.

 

Don't know if this counts but whenever Refund Check and Ruby Shears get "in the mood", they nuzzle the sides of their muzzles.

There are many ways and I can't list them all, but she mainly shows her affection by praising and giving compliments. Also by smiling more often and just being really polite in general. Sometimes she might also give some hugs too. More often than that she just likes to make sure that her friends are alright.

Meson's casual friends are usually targets for him to pick on, so if you find him being a jerk to someone, he's really only doing so because he likes them, but doesn't know how to approach them. For close friends, he'll do his best to protect and provide for them, and he enjoys a good snuggle every now and again. It takes a super-close friend to get him to do anything more than that though.

 

Spits likes physical contact a lot; hugs and snuggling especially. Sometimes she'll curl up in your lap to cheer you up, or lean on your shoulder when you're least expecting it.

 

Foray doesn't really like to show affection, but friends will find a bit of a playful side with her, as she'll tease them about whatever dirt she can find on them. She doesn't really like physical contact very much, a nudge or a hug is pretty much all you'll get from her unless you're really close to her.

My other main OC, Granite Rose, likes to offer flowers that he grows outside of his house.

My OC that I’m introducing to RPs, Global Gleam, prefers taking other ponies out to places to show her appreciation.

She didn’t cook anything she just got a bunch of snacks. But yeah, she does like to offer ponies food

Lightning doesn't show affection much, but when she does, she wags her tail, boops noses, or hugs.

For friends, he likes to help them out, make them an extravagant gift once every few years, give them a rare hug (unless someone is family, this is likely to happen only once or twice. He doesn't much like physical affection between friends), or just hang out. Being around someone seems like a tiny thing, but considering how much he loves his alone time, someone means an incredible amount to him if he chooses to simply be in the same room as them. He's not great at showing his love for friends, so that's the best he can do.

In a romantic relationship he craves physical affection, and gives it out at every opportunity. Cuddling, kissing, hugging, hoof-holding, even just sitting next to his special someone. He'd still show love in all the same ways he would a normal friend, just with much higher frequency, and with the addition of physical affection. He'd also verbally express love on occasion, but he's not very good with words.
