What Would NASCAR Look Like in Equestria?

So I've aways kinda wondered about this, what would NASCAR look like in Equestria? Would they have cars, like in "The Cart Before The Ponies" or would it be Pegasus ponies in flying races that are close to the ground, or would it be ponies galloping on foot ( hoof ) on like an oval track?

I though NASCAR would look something like this, but wasn't sure cause this is the "Applewood Derby" and it's for fillies and colts.

Probably like the cars found in The Cart Before The Ponies. Oil and Gasoline are not canon so...either pedal powered or gravity powered.

All they would have to do is kick the fillies an colts out of the "car" and maybe make the "cars" a bit more streamlined and there you go. Of course they would need a different track as well. crisscrossing roads don't do well in any sort of race.
