Yeah I was thinking that we have seen ponies have eggs and milk (such as in Pinkie Pie's baking) so ponies are probably vegetarian. I thought I heard for somewhere that some pegasi eat fish too. If that's true, than I would probably be pescatarian, if not, I would be vegetarian.

I would learn to fish and I might consider hunting/trapping some small mammals or birds for meat if I want to. My diet would  consist of significantly more fruits and vegetables than usual by the end of things though.

I'd probably enjoy all the baked goods they have. 

At the very least, even if land based red meats are unacceptable, I'm sure fish and other seafood is fine since even Fluttershy was seen fishing for her animals, so being pescatarian could work out.  Otherwise, they could donate their deceased cows, pigs, and chickens over to me and I can make a meal out of them in private.
