Mushrooms...  I've tried them time and time again... in burgers, spaghetti and other stuff. For me at least they are disgusting such a mushy funky taste to them.

Cheddar cheese. Mozzarella I can do, usually on pizza or quesadillas. But cheddar cheese, especially mac n' cheese is a great way to ruin good pasta. This coming from the guy who puts random meats and stuff on his noodles.

Most forms of meat. I do not ever see myself eating steak, pork, or exotic types of meat. Fish meat I have not tried yet but am not exactly opposed to it. I'm not a meat eater.
