Mostly stick to ebooks these days (although for some reason the ebook version of the pony movie artbook has many failed images in it, which makes me sad )

But there is nothing like the feeling of holding an actual paper book in your hands while snuggled comfortably reading with a special somepony.

Indeed so. it's mostly memory of course - the smell, texture and weight of a real book triggers so much that a square of plastic cannot - it's almost a forma. I wonder if the new generation, growing up with tablets from birth, will feel the same way?

I must admit though, despite the feeling of a real book, I do appreciate being able to carry a library of technical reference books, that would occupy an entire truck in the real world, on a piece of silicon the size of a postage stamp

I'm not sure they'd fit in my mane. It's not as large and flowing as yours. I doubt even @The Cerberus could properly hide in there.

I am not sure even that would work. I have seen Pinkie collapse in a heap, and when asked she answered (from a snoot completely unconnected to the rest of her) "I accidentally ungrouped my own rig; give me a minute everypony". I don't pretend to understand that,but Pinkie....
