The last meal I had was a tortellini mushroom and spinach dish that I made a few days ago.  Last snack I had was my Skyrim sweetroll inspired things, from a recipe I found on youtube quite a few years ago

Chinese supermarket was open today, so just enjoyed a large helping of Ha Kouw and Pork Sieuw Mai (so much in fact I had to use the second tier on the steamer :D)

Yesterday – Cumberland sausage, fried red and white onions, & chips (English chips, aka like thick fries not potato chips!)

In the background are my two new pepper & salt mills, the black for black pepper corns, the pink is for pink Himalayan salt! I kid you not ...

Scrambled egg and beans on lightly toasted wholemeal bread. The bread I made myself, the egg is egg powder from a packet, no seriously it's really good. Makes excellent scrambled eggs and even the colour is right. The beans were out of a can. Pink Himalayan salt and black pepper to taste, nom-elicious.  :D

Today's was sausage, roast potatoes (out of a packet) with carrot and brocolli and a bit of fried onion.

Mexican for my mom's birthday dinner. I had chimichangas, black beans and rice. And for dessert, some fresh-baked cookies.

I tried making onigiri for the first time ever.  I like it, I think I did a good job but I ended up making balls instead of the neat triangles that onigiri typically comes as.  Nice to know I can do it at least!!!
