That react video kind of bugged me. I feel like they purposely choose the theme song to show the kids because it's the most kiddish sounding.( I feel the most old when I listen to that) Had they done a different song , like " This Day" or "Cider Squeezy 600", the reaction would have been different I think.

Oh well, the video didn't bother me all that much anyhow. I don't blame them showing the theme song, though, since that is at the beginning of every episode. Plus, I actually like the theme song, and I've never understood why some Bronies dislike it so. Or, perhaps dislike is not the word, but say that it is the girliest or kiddiest part.

They were accomplishing exactly what they came for: reactions to My Little Pony and Bronies, even if they weren't entirely accurately. Although I have to say, I don't think some of those teens would be anymore open-minded even if they were provided with a better explanation...

You think that? Because honestly I think it would've done a lot more good. I know though, they did it for reactions I'm just...completely at a loss of figuring out otherwise.  I dunno...I tend to think more logically on this sort of thing rather than "huehuehue that's the joke!" sort of way.

I really do. Perhaps they would've had slightly more positive reactions if shown the show itself, but I'm not completely sure. You had that one guy saying that Bronies weren't real men, and that other chick saying she wanted tough guys. Not all of these teens were as open-minded as you might like...

 

But I get where you're coming from. Teens React, at least in my opinion, is not a good place to introduce people to something, because I'm pretty sure they're trying to get the best and funniest reactions and not the most understanding ones.
