Changeling's acting skills

Recommended Posts

Have you noticed that Changelings are really bad actors/actresses when they're in disguise? Well, you could argue it's so the target audience can know they're changelings, but still, it kinda makes them  look like amateurs.

They're invaders - the purpose of the grubs aren't to infiltrate for too long but to get in unnoticed for enough time for their victims to weaken and attack. We see this in the fiendship is magic comics.

I'd imagine they focus more on pillaging and brute force, whereas Chrysalis takes the role of the deceiver.

I'd argue the best one was easily the Twilight imposter from To Where and Back Again.

And yet, she can't even do it that right. She had to rely on the other ponies being caught up in planning the wedding and/or not knowing about Cadance in order to trick them.

Maybe Queen bug butt was just a bad director :P Then again, in the alterante time line the changelings were able to hide as foals and even main six sort of.
