Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is a white, Art Deco Stylized Question mark inset within a white circle. What this represents is a very curious matter indeed.

Personality: Secluded and timid. Yet kind, fun and caring. Monochrome can ensure everyone is safe and sound or entertained. However, despite his fun and care, he can always step aside and look at life in a serious way.

 

Backstory: Monochrome was "born" in a redwood off in the northern areas of Equestria. No parents could be found and so he was essentially alone for hours until a young couple found him. They took him into their family, and so Mono spent his childhood with them.

However, by his 15th birthday, strange events occurred around his parents village. And so, Monochrome was forced to separate from his family.
After participating in a war for the freedom of Equestria, Mono began to search for his parents: whom of which were missing. After some time of wandering alone, Mono stumbled upon Ponyville and resided in a house there. To this day, he lives in a White House by the Everfree working as a small time journalist and composer. He spends a lot of time with his girlfriend: who is his only best friend.

 

Other information: Monochrome, though bearing the appearance of an earth pony, is not an earth pony. He is actually an extremely rare breed (more like an unnatural anomaly) of pony race called a "Metaphys"
Metaphi are reality benders. Though they are not invulnerable or excessively powerful, they are not something to be messed with either.
This race is being heavily researched.

To be honest I don't like the color combination.. They don't really match. Just my opinion though.

He's actually more of a grey color than black. XD Honestly though the color needs some adjustment really. And of course his color can be darker because of the lighting of the scene.

I just like the color green and clovers so I fashioned my ponysona in that way. Also, has square, purple glasses as I did when I first made her.

past: lived in the  valley fields helping picking apples but in order to learn to fly had to move to ponyville to meet up with other ponies. she basically was the only pegesis there since other then her sister, melody who is a unicorn  in the valley. she was alittle nervous at first since making friends was a challenge for her when she was a foal but got used to it really fast and happy to help other ponies. she still visits the valley to visit her family on holidays and summers.

Doctor Electron Volt

 

Age: 22

Gender: Male

Species: Pegasus

Appearance: Volt is a blue stallion Pegasus, slightly shorter than other ponies but still a normal one for size and weight.

His mane and tail are brown on the outer side, while the inner side is yellow, the same electric yellow of his cutie mark and his eyes.

  Cutie Mark: His cutie mark is an artificial lighting with two electron stars. Personality: Volt is pretty much easy going with everypony, he just hates changelings and he can’t trust them since the incident.

He may try to look cold and calculator, after all, he still is an engineer, but he can’t deny to himself some fun or a party with friends.

He is usually cold blooded, trying to plan more steps away before acting, but on critical situations, he can easily lose his rational mind and acts on instincts.

He can easy stand an offence and simply ignore it.

If he has a friend to care of, he will never step back, willing to lose his life for the other, without any second thought.

He knows that he is not a special pony and that he is pretty much worthless, but still he will try to act optimistic if somepony is in need, seeing a way out in everything bad that happens and trying to cheer up like he can. Hope is the last thing that dies for Volt.

  Backstory:

Doctor Electron Volt is a Pegasus, born and raised in Cloudsdale having a pretty normal and happy infancy.

He is an average flyer and a good weather manager.

His cutie mark is an artificial lighting with two electron stars, he got his cutie mark as a young colt while visiting his father’s, Doc. Electron Hertz, laboratory, he was looking at a Tesla coil running at high power, being safe inside a Faraday cage, but the cage broke down. Volt got hit by the coil stream but he survived, both gaining his cutie mark and discovering his special talent: electricity.

He is able to gather it from lightning and static electricity, store it inside him like a capacitor and then use this to power devices, when he is “charged” his cutie mark usually glows.

Volt doesn’t have any another particular physical ability, he can build devices for almost anything he needs, mainly based on high voltage, even weapons, his signature and favorite one is a Tesla coil saddle; with that he can turn into a big deal for anypony and anything but, without, Volt is a terrible fighter, pretty much sucking at hoof-free fighting and everything else.

He studied at the Cloudsdale weather management university where he got his degree in electronic and weather management devices engineering .

He worked for the Cloudsdale weather factory, he then was moved into a secret research lab located in the Everfree forest, Built by the Cloudsdale Weather Company and aimed to develop a new generation of soldiers with DNA mutations and cybernetic implants.

Here Volt was forced to do terrible experiments and torture above fillies and colts, slowly he started to enjoy all of this suffer and pain, gaining a sadistic and violent personality.

In the lab he met his future best friend: Nightstrike, a trained assassin unicorn which Volt tested on since his birth and accelerated grow; Volt being the murder and Nighstrike being the guinea pig, the two hated each other, during one of the frequent mental breakdown of Volt, Nighstrike used a mind clearing spell on him, he used this usually for interrogations of tortured ponies.

This spell had the side effect to split the mind of Volt in two pieces, one being the true Volt, the other being the sadistic murder side.

Volt struggled a lot to try to control his other personality, calling him “a monster inside my brain”, Nightstrike was finally able to know the real Volt and after a while they became best friends; together with other two ponies here, his assistant and a test subject, they were finally able to escape from the facility, partially destroying it, and turning off the CWC future soldier plan.

After the breakout they were aided by a mysterious beaked doctor pony: Icarus.

Nightstrike started working as royal spy and sapper, mainly against changelings, refusing to kill any other ponies but changellings like has was forced to do when he was under the CWC control.

Volt instead had to deal with his bipolarism problem for the rest of his life, slowly learning how to tame himself (even if sometimes he still lose control, especially on situations of extreme stress, pain and danger).

He started to work in the Ponyville electric dam, turning it in pretty much what is an home and in his private lab; the immense electric power generated by the dam aids him in this.

Volt anyway doesn’t stay closed there all the time, sometimes Nightstrike ask him his help on his “contracts”, mainly against changelings hives, since his weaponry and contraptions are a good aid for this job; with the bits earned on those contracts he can continue his researches.

During one of the attacks against a changeling hive, the entire cave collapsed, Nighstrike was able to escape but Volt didn’t make it through, when he was finally freed by the rocks he realized that he lost both his front hooves, his wings, his right eye and half of the back arms.

Nighstrike brought the half-dead Volt to the dam, hoping to save him somehow. Volt with the past knowledge working for the CWC, was able to turn himself into an half-machine, rebuilding with metal what he lost, becoming more powerful and dangerous since he now had a gauss cannon integrated in his left hoof, but losing the possibility to see other ponies much, since his new horrible aspect could terrorize the entire town.

 

Some years after the incident, Volt was in vacation on the mountain near Ponyville, he there met his future friends.

For a series of unlucky events he was bitten by the wolf, turning him for a while into a blood thirsty vampire pony; after being saved by Bliss that fought his evil personality inside him, Volt not only was free from his dark side, but also the virus transmitted by Seth slowly started to “repair” his body.

Hardly managing to survive with his friends and losing all of his metallic contraptions, Volt returned the free blue stallion he was before, gaining the best company of friends he could ever dream of and starting a new life, ready to be written in the pages of his soul.

She's me? So she would be very moody, easily irritated/stressed out. However, when not stressed out, she can be very bouncy and random much like Pinkie Pie.

 

It's important to note that the Cutie Mark is just there for fun... If I were actually a pony, I probably wouldn't have one... Or if I did it would be something completely random and forgettable. I have no special talents. However, to help clarify what the cutie mark means: It is a bass clef with a wind symbol behind it to signify a love for wind instruments - particularly the bassoon since that is my main instrument (and it plays in the bass clef, to justify the usage of that particular clef lol).
