Well I have a long story to tell you. I should be doing work but I guess I can tell you.

I'm a real jerk to my parents, not in a mean or rude way, I mean in school.

I have been screwing up every year reason is, I'm just so damn lazy.

I would rather just sit on the computer all day.

So I would lie to my parents that im already done. (please note that these forums do act like a outlet for my feelings.)

My parents figured out every year. So then this year I finally decided to not fuck up. But the worse got the better of me.

So a couple days before spring break my parents wanted to homeschool me, next year. Of course I got of my stuff done, and getting after that getting un-grounded.

 

I have to say how gracious my dad is not smashing my computer and all like he wanted to, and un-grounding me and giving me all my shit back.

 

Today I look back at this story, because God reminded me of it. God said unto me and basically through this experience reminded me that God like my dad was gracious enough to send his only son Jesus to die on the cross for our sins.

 

Then God told me, through this radio show about the bible and stuff. How the moon reflects the sun's light. Then the person on the radio told us that we are like the moon reflecting Jesus image onto the world. Because we were made to do it.

 

I look back at what he said and said maybe my user name that I chosen does make sense.

 

So I picked Princess Luna as my username and my theme.

Well, awhile ago I wanted to create a pony Tumblr. Now, I figured most of the good names would be taken, but on a whim I grabbed the name of one of the old MLP series. Surprisingly, it wasn't taken, and since I've been a long time fan I felt alright using it. Well, a little while after running this Tumblr, I decided to join up on a pony forum. Wanting to be known for the Tumblr, and since the name was pony related, I just went with MyLittlePonyTales.

Well, I invented Arylett years ago. When I was 13. It is A (first letter of my name, favourite letter) + crimson + scarlet with an extra t. It was at first spelled like Arilett. But I changed it to Arylett because it looked better. It was supposed to be a made up word that means "red" which is my favourite color and a color that is very important to me on a symbolic level. (It's part of who I am.) I started using it as a name a few years later. But it's a very appropriate name for me.

 

Now, for the true point of this post: Why am I PRINCESS Arylett?

 

I'm going to point out that first off, it is COMPLETELY unrelated to the Alicorn Princesses. I do not consider myself ever able to be one. And my ponysona is a unicorn. Also, this name is temporary. Though I won't be changing back to my original name Arylett Dawnsborough for some time. 

 

It isn't really that I'm arrogant either, or consider myself superior to others as some might think, deserving of rule. I went with Princess because I believe that thematically, a princess is an appropriate way to refer to me. Princesses are usually extremely naive (again, not counting MLP princesses, because they are more like Queens than anything), never leaving the castle, and know little about the world around them. Many are portrayed as having their heads in the clouds, and even just sitting around consumed in their books and literature. I'm a lot like that. Very naive.  My demeanor is like a princesses in that sense.

 

Also, I can be extremely bossy. If I see you as someone who will take orders from me, I will order you around to hell and back. And won't stop unless you tell me to back off or seem like a more forceful personality. I like telling people what to do, even if I'm mostly too afraid to do so. 

 

The title of Princess isn't just something I did on a whim, or as a joke. I rather like the name intensely, and find that it resonates with me on a deep level. Themes of royalty have always been prevalent in my life. I used to refer to myself as a Queen, but thought that was too high and had too much authority, as well as the fact that Queens are supposed to be wise and older. Being a Princess indicates youth, and I radiate youth, really. In many ways, I can relate to a princess. I would kind of like to be one, but not for the money or glory or anything. Just because it would be rather appropriate for me to be one, and I think if I became less shy and with some time and work, I'd be a good leader once I ascended the throne. (But of a small small country, otherwise, I'd be overwhelmed. Though maybe I'd just stay a princess forever.) The thing too is that a Princess is not ready for the throne yet, but she has the potential. She has a lot of potential to be a great Queen someday. And that too is how I feel. It's symbolic and such.

 

I also did it so that Klopp and I could have thematically matching names. We were thinking of titles to add to ourselves, and I immediately said that Klopp should be a knight. (Sir Klopp is what he's called now) As I think of him as a kind of protector and caretaker of me, so a knight fit him well. We were trying to think of things that went with a knight, and he immediately came up with Princess. I was reluctant at first, as I had already had the name Princess Arylett XVIII in the past, and do not like reusing names except for my normal one. (Arylett Dawnsborough) But he explained to me it was more appropriate than anything else, and much more so than a Queen.

 

You guys probably think I'm taking this too seriously, but I think carefully about the names I go by. I want them to portray just the correct image of me. Which is why none of them are jokes.

 

Oh and it fits my avatar too. A huge plus. (If you don't know, that chick is a Princess from Final Fantasy IX.)

  Before I joined these forums, I lurked them for a long time, and still lurk throughout the day when I can't sign on.  I chose the name "Ghost" because, like a ghost, you can't see me, but I'm there.  Some might feel my presence ( through the number of guests viewing the thread), but again, no one knows its me .

 

  So you can say I haunt these threads, but I'm a friendly ghost, so no worries .

 

  Also, I'm a night owl and tend to be on late a lot. You don't see many ghosts and 1 pm now, do you?

After I decided I needed a ponified name to fit my new Internet persona, I looked towards the MLP wiki for a good one. On my other forum OC's are often ridiculed and somewhat frowned upon, and I didn't want to look like one of those people who go by the name of their favorite character, so I searched for more of a background character who didn't have a personality that I would have to fit. I was into RP then and thought it would be different and totally badass if I wasn't even a pony, so I went through the inanimate character list and chose Mousse Moose for the originality factor.

My first name is Conner. An older kid I worked with a couple a years ago came up with my username, wasn't mean or anything. He accidentally said it in front of three of my friends at school, which they proceeded to use to piss me off. They forgot it after awhile but last year a girl in my class also came up with it on her own and the name resurfaced.
