Now, as for doing OC for your character; I can't speak for anyone else but I think you can put in a request at the Request Guild and I think you might be able to find someone who'll draw something for you.

Foliha is the name of my pony persona, so it seemed appropriate for a user name.  Foliha is a portmanteau word, combining folium, the Latin word for leaf, and ha, the Japanese word for leaf.  I've never seen a skewbald MLP, but so much the better for Foliha - it makes her unique! (A skewbald horse has a coat made up of white and any color but black such as chestnut, bay. A white and black coat would be called piebald.)  Foliha's coat is light-green (instead of white), with dark-green patches.

Foliha's "cutie mark" is a cluster of seven leaves, because of my fondness for collecting leaves and making them into scanner art. Foliha's headed for Ponyville, and will get more "animated-looking" and "pony-like" as she gets closer to her goal.
