I'm planting bushes all over the place and deciding what I want to do with them all later after they grow.

I'm so glad we can much more simply relocate them, unlike New Leaf. I never did much of anything with bushes in NL for that reason.

Anyway, make sure after you all get that first bushes planting achievement you talk to Tom Nook afterward!

I’m thinking I need to start a second garden since I have so many of these flowers to purchase from Lief. I may have to chop down a lot of trees, but it’ll be worth the effort

I have a shop being remodeled for the next day so no turnip prices for that following day. I know some of you guys have upgraded your shops early. Hopefully on the later updates, we can get another shop upgrade, but who knows for sure. Probably by Saturday, I can make a crafting station next to the shop so it's easier to make hot items and sell'em. 

Anyway I have a lot of trees going on, but I don't have that much fruit trees planted so far I have 143 trees and I chopped down 6 trees (more or less), but I have to plant more fruit and bamboo trees. It's hard to keep count and track of how many trees you have.

I made the mistake of lauching the game before taking the update... 😒 So I have no leif.. (I had to go to my boyfriends island to have a look haha) Hopefully I get him tomorrow.

Here's my current layout of my island, not quite what I imagined but I still like how it turned out!!!  I have a lot of space for breeding hybrids and an orchard.  Currently have cherries, apples and oranges.

Got a home gym too, or at least the start of one!!

Shoot---I just added you as a friend, but I don't see your name listed when I select "Send as Gift" in the Nook Stop :/ Apparently it's necessary to have a subscription to Nintendo's online stuff in order to receive gifts.  Sorry to get your hopes up on this!

I believe you need to have visited someone's island before becoming friends in game as well as using a friend code.. I think you also need to become 'best friends' too, so yes a subscription is required. 🙂
