Welcome back, buddy!  You sure were missed. Hope things are doing good on your end.

Right now, there is a kart race going on that spans most of the town.
Kronos has been hired by one of the mayors to sabotage Samurai Equine, but no one knows that yet.
@Buck Testa's character just wondered into town, but he's been through heck and back, so now he's recovering in a hospital.
And there's a mystery figure hiding in the crowd, giving off a super obvious magical aura of malice, and is currently being pursued by @Astral Vision.

Last time you were in the RP, your character was hanging out in the arcade with my main character, @Dynamo Pad, @Pastel Heart, and many others. It is currently the day after that. You can make up any reason to be there. Sadly, it's too late for new racers to enter, unless you want to be like a mystery racer who enters last minute without officially signing in or anything.  Other then that, considering what your character does for a living, you could easily be a defacto law enforcer, being paid to bust street criminals or whatever. Again, if need any in-story reason why your character was away, anything will work since you haven't missed much. So feel free to jump in however you like!

I had a plan to add one of @Writer Rhyme's new OC (I got his permission). She is an earth pony, and a gamer. Unfortunately, her design is yet to be done. Her name is Keen Fan

Before I allow it, I'd like to get confirmation first.

Uhh...  *Thinks, counts, then shrugs* Beats me. I thought it would be too biased of me to let my character take first, so he's currently not there yet. However, if no one else wants to be first place right now, we could just chalk it up to some rando NPC for now.

Would that be okay with everyone?

All right. I can wait.  And I hope you understand where I'm coming from. I have no reason to believe you are lying about having Writer's permission, I just want confirmation just in case. Wouldn't want any random person to see our conversation and think they can steal someone else's character, lie about having permission to use it, and then take advantage of someone who doesn't confirm with both parties.
