Who's your favorite older pony?

When I say "older" ponies, I mean ponies that are generally older than the mane 6. Here's a few examples.

My favorite is Ms. Cheerilee. She has the "sexy teacher" look about her which makes me wonder why Big Mac didn't jump all over that in the Hearts and Hooves day episode.

Fancy Pants is a total boss. He manages to give off the signature Canterlot posh attitude while being extremely classy, not just in terms of being rich, but also his behaviour and outlook on the "lesser" ponies (e.g, Twilight's dancing and attire) is commendable. He is the kind of guy I would want to have as a mentor.
