But seriously, Homestuck probably has 8^y (where y=8) viable ships, considering the character list. Four pre scratch kids, twelve post scratch trolls, four post scratch kids, twelve pre scratch trolls, the Midnight Crew three times, the royalty of Prospit and Derse about twice, the exiles, the guardians, the Felt...even taking out things like Dave and Rose where they are existentially related through some sort of weird plot shit, there's still a ton of stuff. Then you consider troll romance and apply that to all characters, and shit gets exponential. That's not even including dream selves and obvious Karkat <3< Karkat where one is future/past and one is present. And then there's Hussie, Ms. Paint, Rufio, Guy Fieri, Jay and Dope, Betty Crocker, and tons of other fringe shit all over the place. Sweet Bro <> Hella Jeff? Hella Jeff <3 deudly firearms...? Sweet Bro <3< stairs? The possibilities are endless. You can't possibly stop there.
