My son is named Morgan Alexander Christian. He's named after my best friend since elementary school, Christopher Alexander Moore. Had to change it up a little, but that was no biggie. And he loves his "Uncle" Chris!

But really, I have always liked the name Mordecai, even before Regular Show

I used to work with a lady who named her baby girl Inara. Yes, as in Inara, the prostitute "companion" from Firefly.

 

As for me, all I know is that I wouldn't name my children after any existing members of my family. More likely, I'd name them after a scientist like Stephen Hawking or a human rights advocate like Benazir Bhutto.

Realistically, I really don't know. Being an Italian, my stubborness would probably lead me to following traditional customs of naming my child after the grandfather, thus my first child would be Antony (if a boy). Other options would be Michael, and Marco. If it was a girl, I have no idea. Maybe a Lauren or Taylor or something.
