I think the funniest one I've ever come across was UrethraFranklin. I repeated that to my dad and he absolutely cracks up whenever he hears it.

 

Other funny ones I've seen include WombRaider and OptimusPrimark. One shooter I used to play had a guy called "the entire population of China" making the kill log read "_____ killed the entire population of China". Loved it.
