If she had known what a high school was and/or knew what a principal was, she would've acted "normal" when she met human Celestia. But the fact that she doesn't know anything about how a high school is run leads me to believe that Equestria doesn't have higher education. Like, it stops after foalhood

If you lock a pony in a room with the bare necessities necessary to survive, will they still wind up with the same cutie mark, if they find it at all?
