This is really difficult. Although, it's probably not one from the last two seasons, unfortunately... Mainly because I haven't finished Season 4 yet

 

I'd have to say my favourite episode it MMMystery on the Friendship Express. I really liked the humour, the characters and the whole story. Just an all round great episode, one that I could probably watch again and again.

My favorite episode is Pinkie Apple Pie. I love this episode since its just fun and I relate to it. Once my family was going down to Florida and we couldn't find the hotel and we ended up fighting then we got there and where so happy to be there.

Hmm, my favourite episode has to be "Winter Wrap Up" which at the time of this post is the latest episode that I've seen. I like it because of Twilight's restraint to use magic and wanting go along with the traditional earth pony way of cleaning up winter. It's just a really good episode for me.

Although they just dropped 3 "major" characters on us like that without any previous mentioning of them was pretty weak on their part, I still enjoyed this finale. This Day Aria was beautifully done and the whole episode was a big turning point for MLP, and it was the last episode I watched of MLP before my long hiatus so at the time it was like the end of mlp for me and I had to say it was satisfying

I don't even have to think about this one! LESSON ZERO for sure!!! 
I've seen this episode like too many times, and every time when I wanna show someone why my little pony is the best show EVER, I show them this episode. It's funny, crazy, but still makes so much sense. 
I guess I also like it so freaking much bc I can really relate to Twilight in this episode. I really feel like she is me. I've had mental breakdowns like that too many times in life, so it was a great lesson for me as well. I can especially relate to the part where she says: "MY WHOLE LIFE DEPENDS ON IT". Hahahah.
I also LOVE it how her friends take responsibility for their actions. That it's not only her fault she totally lost it bc they could've seen it coming. It's for me the NR1 lesson in friendship, in LIFE. 

Take anyone's feelings seriously, bc you can not exactly know how bad they feel. Even though you can't relate to them, you can't feel what they feel, it doesn't mean you should ignore their feelings. Every person is different. I've felt let down in my life TOO many times, bc people didn't take my feelings seriously, bc they were laughing it away, and said I was "overreacting". They have no idea what kind of consequences that can have on your friendship, but especially on the state that other person is in.

Sorry i'm ranting :') hahah. But yeah, for me this is the best episode EVER!

My absolute favorite episode was Lesson Zero. You'll never see Twilight, or anypony for that matter, get that manic again which is a shame... The faces Twilight made were downright scary, and that's what I loved so much about that episode!

To be completely honest, I think Hurricane Fluttershy is all around, at least technically, the best episode. With a decent moral, relateable plot, and well paced timing, but hell its not my favorite episode, I don't even find Fluttershy too interesting. 

 

It all has to do with how the episode makes you feel, and how interesting it is for you.

For my favorites, I have to go with:

Favorite episode?

 

Probably either the finale of Season 2 or Season 4

Season 2 finale because if I remember correctly, that episode in particular stimulated my emotions and was one of the episodes that made me like the show more.

 

Season 4 because the main conflict of the episode, trying to find your purpose is something  a lot of people can relate to.

 

Besides these two, I like Lesson Zero as well, mainly because I take a fear and worry about it too much on a regular basis, and Crazy Twilight, 'nuff said.

Pinkie Pride! I just love Cheese Sandwich so much! Plus all the songs were awesome (expect the last one  )  but I like Magical Mystery Cure (most emotional episode  ) because the songs are pretty good too

I'd have to say a combo between Pinkie Pride and twilight's kingdom, simply put Pinkie Pride was an episode dedicated to everything good about Pinkie Pie, and Twilight's kingdom just had the best story some of the most awesomely animated fight scenes and was just downright intense.
