Claim A Pony!

[V.2]

-what is this?
Claim-A-Pony is where you claim a pony. WAT? Well, you say it is 'Yours'. Like you could claim Trixie and you could boast about it. You could claim Octavia and boast about it. Generally...it's saying this pony is 'yours' in a way. But not really. It's just for bragging rights.

-Form and RULES
1. You can only claim a pony if you have been here for a week.
2. You can only change your claim ONCE every 3 weeks.
3. You can only have one pony at a time.
4. You can drop a pony at any time, but you must wait 3 weeks to claim a new one.
5. If you have not posted / blogged / statused / etc for A MONTH you will be removed. If you are trying to claim a pony that has an inactive claimer, link me to their profile to clarify. I probally won't remove people unless you answer me.
6. If you change your display name, let me know.
7. I'll update and accept claim changes EVERY 5-10 POSTS, but sometime's i'll have a delay. In such, I'll notify you guys before time, do all claims up until now, and then ask no more claims untill I get back. <---I might brake this 5-at-a-time-or-more rule, BTW.
8. If you break any of these rules, you get a strike.

STRIKE 2 - One-Month Ban and/or mod notification
STRIKE 3 - Mod report & Perma-Ban
